One of the room air condition was not working efficiently

Location and clean

Very small and cramped room, bed was a bit stiff. Tiny bathroom.

Very clean and the location is great!

The staff specially the front desk. Snobbish. Not really helpful. Asked for a packed breakfast since we were leaving early the next day. Went to check out and there’s no food. Paid breakfast for nothing…

The bed!. Length of 190 cm for 4 star hotel is definitely not good enough (my height is 206). Room was very small.

Located near the train station with very good access to metro lines directly to the main attractions. Lot of diner options near by. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. There was a fridge in the room.

The room was nice but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The breakfast area was a little cramped. Luckily it was never full when we went for breakfast.

The location is excellent

Breakfast room a little crammed, pillows a little too firm, room a little tight for two people.

Room was neat for a 1 person stay. The windows were located on the inner courtyard. No doors for the toilet, which was a bit weird, but for a 1 person stay totally normal. Good price-performance.

There was a weird smell in the room, which reminded me of mold. Other than that, it was really great.

It's my second experience in LHP hotels in Italy. I am completely satisfied like the first time. A very beautiful hotel, with lovely colors, nice decoration and very polite and helpful personnel in the reception desk and other services as well. The room was comfortable and very clean as expected, with a big bed and a wonderful bathroom. I also liked the lighting. Breakfast was great and the location was excellent, in a quiet neighborhood and just 1 minute walk from the metro station. Totally recommended. From now on LHP Hotels will be my priority every time i visit Italy.

I would appreciate a spa center like LHP Hotel in Naples. Just kidding everything was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel during our stay in Milan, and one of the highlights was the incredible service provided by Rosa at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel truly at home. Rosa went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed; whether it was offering spot-on local recommendations, helping us find specific places, or simply greeting us each day with genuine warmth. She was efficient, thoughtful, and incredibly well informed and more like having a personal version of Google and even better right at the reception. Rosa is a real asset to the hotel, and thanks to her, our Milan experience was even more memorable.The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, just a few meters from a metro station, making it very easy to access all the main city attractions. It’s also situated in a safe and elegant area, close to Milano Centrale station, but in a much quieter and more pleasant neighborhood than the immediate surroundings of the central station.Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, better than what we experienced in hotels in other parts of Italy, with good variety and quality. The room was also very clean and well maintained, adding to the comfort of our stay.Highly recommend for both location and service - especially if Rosa is there! Thank you so much Rosa.. Looking forward to seeing you again our friend.

The hotel is quite nice. The room was quiet. It has a strange design, in the sense that many different aspects were masterfully fit in a small area. But indeed they need a little exploration (to find where they are and how they operate). The staff were excellent, quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

During my visit, the heating in the bathroom was not working which was a very bad experience. The next day, the staff very kindly provided a separate heating unit but as the bathroom had an L-shape design, using the separate heater didn't really help.

Very nice and helpful staff always with a smile. Delicious breakfast. Shop open even on Sundays on the other side of the street.Same as pizzeria with delicious italian pizza.

Really nice place with great personel (we get a map and tourguide instruction just at the moment when we step up the door!). Good breakfast, location about 5min from metro.

The hotel is located 15 minutes from Central station. It is modern, designed, has comfortable beds. The rooms are small. Breakfast was good, good staff. Not a big selection, enough for short stays.

Just had 4 days in Milan and stayed at this hotel. Fantastic service, staff were so welcoming. Lovely and stylish. Very clean. We went for my Daughter's 18th birthday. The staff were amazing so attentive. Special thanks to Rosa who greeted us on our way out in the evening and served us a free bottle of prosecco with nibbles, and special thank you to the ladies who served breakfast and presented her with a muffin and a candle and sang happy birthday to her. Everyone made the stay so special. As for the hotel the location was a 2 minute walk to a main road full of shops and the Lima metro stop that was really easy to navigate to all other areas of Milan. Lovely pastry shop, mini-mart and pizza restuarant and bar right outside the hotel too. Rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily, bed nice a comfy too.

Walls are a little thin, could here noise from the corridor but this can't be helped...took some ear plugs and had a great night sleep otherwise

A good sized functional room. Very clean and also bed was very comfortable.Very good breakfast assisted by excellent always helpful and happy staff members.Super great location...1 to 2 mins away from Lima Metro station.

The rooms are very small. No free parking option.The rooms are not soundproof and during the day or since early morning is terrible.The breakfast ia very small and just a few options- more like 3 star hotel.

The location, walking distance from Milano Centrale, 1 minute away from a metro station. The room was beautiful and very clean, as it was the whole hotel.
