Allowed us to check in early with no problem.

Didn't have water due to no fault of the hotel for a few hours. Seemed to be a pipe repair in the street.

Nice room. Found it quiet which suited me.Staff friendly.

The staffs are nice. We checked out in the morning of Jan.12 and asked for a taxi call. They called a taxi very quickly, we only had to wait 4 minutes. Then I told him that our final destination was the airport, but that we first needed to take a taxi to the train station. The front desk staff knew that the train station we were heading to was closed due to a strike and warned us in time. Thanks to him, we might have missed our last flight otherwise.

There is no metro near the hotel and we need to walk around 10 mins to get to the bus station.

The night shift receptionist was an amazing guy, very fun and helpful. The room was very clean, all the necessary amenities and plenty of space for one person. The price was fair for what it offered comparing to other hotels in the north of Italy.

In my order there was 1 big bed for two people + bed for 1 person. In reality we got 3 separate beds. Also there is not enough space to get to the wardrobe if you set 3 beds.

Breakfast was good. Reception staff were helpful

Room was smaller than so expected especially once you added another bed. No tea and coffee facilities.

The receptionist was so helpful and kind.Unloved the buffet breakfast with many savoury options.

Location is little complicated if you move on public transportation. N0t many restaurant options nearby.

Hotel is spotless cleaned and 99% of the receptionists are professional and welcoming.

Inappropriate comment from one receptionist when I suddenly had a guest, instead of just telling me what it could be or could not be done or how much extra to pay. Uncomfortable pillows

The hotel was little far away the Centre . Although ıt is , there is tram just 200 m around. The centre is 6 km from The Hotel

Cheap fell for the paid amount, heating wasn't working and it couldn't be turned on, so first two nights when it was colder we were quite cold. When asked for assistance we were told we can't be helped.

We were not accommodated by booking and we had to pay for the night

The room had everything you'd need: an AC, a TV, a bathtub, a lockbox, and a fridge (although it was very weak).

The room was small, for a 4 star hotel we expected a little but more space tbh.The fridge was so weak that it kept our beverages only slightly below room temperature.The breakfast was good but there was staff everywhere all the time, most notably near the buffet. It felt like you were observed how much food you were putting in your plate.Didn't use the gym but went there to have a look, it was in a small room with 3 machines inside.Maybe having different amenities is necessary to hit that 4 star rating and they went for the bare minimum for that.

Cleanliness, free parking, location

We loved the greeting on checkin, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked and it was so close to Gare du Nord. Great dining choices nearby, Cafe du Nord served a delicious meal and because we didn’t see the bill, we realized afterwards that the waiter had given himself about €50 tip so be sure to ask for your bill if you eat there! We loved that we got a complimentary coffee on leaving early to catch the Eurostar.

Everything was well planned. Good staff, clean rooms. Good wifi connectivity. Very good location
