Really lovely welcome. Room with separate beds as requested. Beds comfortable. USB ports provided for phone charging. Good shower and WiFi.

We got hotel as close to ice skating forum at olympics. You could not walk and had to catch a bus and metro because of the road infrastructure prevented u walking. No facilities beatby to provide provisions and eat.

Quiet, has a parking space also internet., the staff was great and very helpful :)).

Minibar in the room would have been nice, although you can get drinks down at the lobby.

The accommodation is clean and comfortable, located in a quiet part of the city. It’s very well connected by bus and metro, so getting around is easy. You can leave your car safely and simply enjoy your stay.

Don't let the outside fool you.It's such a charming space inside.Comfiest beds and spacious rooms with a view.The staff are super welcoming and made us feel at home on first instance.

The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and speak English too. Camila stood out, she made our stay a breeze,she was always willing to help, and gave us great tips to get around town, directions, helped us book bus/train passes and recommendations for places to see. The transportation system is quite efficient, there's a bus stop just outside the hotel which is great for tourists and a resturants across the street.

The breakfast menu is great but it would be lovely to change every day or two or have more options available, especially for guests that are staying a bit longer.

Where to start. We were located on the 7th floor which meant taking the lift for 6th and taking a flight of stairs to the 7th and when you have luggage and small children.....doesn't help!!Then there was the pungent smell that hit you as you walk in, old must, the bathroom had a dead cricket on the floor as well as the main bedroom. Not great. The shower does weren't very clean either.Fast forward to breakfast, not much choice at all, limited, and I mean limited choice of breakfast, nothing cooked at all, and the tables had small bins on them for item disposal....I mean, talk about poor infection control....gross.The underground parking had a bin which remained overflowing for 2 days...suprised it didn't attract the rats.Wouldn't recommend it, especially if your traveling with family

Restaurant across the hotel with good pizza and pasta. Bus stop in front of hotel. Front desk staff were very nice.

Breakfast was poor, very limited offering. Hotel room had no safe. Shower stall old and sliding door would not close, had 2 inch gap in the corner of shower stall. Old hotel, 1/2 hr drive from the city, that needs renovation. Bathroom needs update. Too far from the city. Had to take bus, then take the metro - change metro line twice to get to Milan City. By taxi around Eur25-28.00 from hotel to Duomo or the city each way.Don't order taxi from hotel to Linate airport which is only 20 minutes way. Our taxi cost Eur85.00 for 4 people. There were 8 of us. Other taxi cost more at Eur 90.00. Cheaper to get an airport transfer/minibus for 8. Airport transfer to Malpensa Airport for 6 people, which is about 1 hr away, costs only Eur150 as a comparison.

Lovely staff

The shower was leaking in every direction, my knees were touching the shower when I was sitting on the toilet, the fridge wasn't cooling... not worth the stars!

The room is spacious and comfortable.

The bath tub could use a better system plus bath soap would be perfect.

VERY FAR FROM CITY VERY HIGH PRICE WI-FI WAS NOT WORKING NO MINI BAR OR COMPLIMENTARY WATER...

The staff was very friendly, big compliments to them! They gave us great recommendations for transportation to the city and sightseeing. The hotel is pleasant and offers garage parking, which is a big plus.

Breakfast is cold only and with limited options.

The head board for the beds could be better. Not practical for sitting up in bed, otherwise everything was fine.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended

What I liked most was the comfort of the room and the service of the staff.

There could be more options at breakfast.

Hotel is a bit far from the center but I must say there is a bus and metro station that is exceptional and the hotel has a great connection so even that is no such a problem.

Good selection of breakfast snacks, delicious coffee. Bus stop next to the hotel.
