My room was early for chech ip

Unfortunately not handicap friendly, no good for a 90 years old person, not elevator and not help.

The room was spacious and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. It's also one tram line away from the city center and all the main attractions of the city! We also felt safe walking there at night. Additionally, we did park our car for free just next to the hotel, which was very convenient. Breakfast was also good, with a buffet style serving. It is a simple European breakfast, so cheese, ham, yogurts and bread. Additionally croissants and coffee were served.

We have triple room booked surprisingly with bathtub but cant be used. Bed is comfortable.

The place is a bit older, but overall it offers a great experience. The location is convenient, especially if you’re heading to San Siro. Breakfast was decent, and for the price, it’s definitely a solid choice. Nothing fancy, but it delivers well on comfort and value.

No elevator.

I’ve read the ratings before coming here, and personally didn’t experience anything of the negatives.The receptionists are very friendly and helpful.The breakfast is good enough to keep you going until lunch time. The lady at the breakfast is also very friendly.The rooms are clean, they change the towels and make your bed every day.Easy center access with tram to the Dome.More than perfect for those who come to see Milano for a few days and mainly come to the Hotel to spend the nights.Hope my review is detailed enough to make you choose this place. I’ve been to many Hotels before and this is easily 8.5+ rating in reality in the 3star category.

If you come with a baby, there is no elevator, but first floor is absolutely fine, no problem.If you are a tall big guy you can have trouble in the small shower, but for me it was fine (180cm, 95kg)

The hotel was nice and we were welcomed by a very kind receptionist, who was really helpful and even gave us a free upgrade on our room (she gave us a bigger bed as a couple). Everything was clean and all-over the stay was really nice. Only thing that we weren't satisfied with was the breakfast, which was only composed of only processes foods, almost nothing fresh, only effort they made was boil whole eggs and put out toast bread, ham and cheese. That was the only disappointment in our stay, other than that it was really nice :))

No internet, there was an issue with the router, the refrigerator was not working but they helped us to store whatever we wanted in their kitchen refrigerator.

If you cannot find another hotel, choose this hotel. without an elevator or someone to carry your luggage to the room. The air conditioner, which had a heating problem, was turned on only by giving a blanket after 11 PM.

Very old building, no elevator, no helpers, you will do hard exercises holding your luggage up :)

Clean room, pleasant & friendly staff.

The shower cabin is too small & the water stream-very slow.Breakfast lacks on fresh vegetables ( e.g.tomatoes, cucumbers, salad leaves) & omlette.

Good location with direct tram line to city centre. Family room was nice and comfort.

Hotel need to work on the interior and to much smell of air fresheners in the room.

Location was ok for us thow not close for walking to any important site but we knew that. Tram and bus in front with 20 min to Dome.Bathroom ok relatively modern and good clean.Bed good matress. Was quiet in this period thow the rooms are next to the roade with tram. Windows have also rollers.Heating/ ventilation still works thow must be from the 80's. Very good pastery for breckfast with good cappuccino.

The hotel is quite old. In the lobby or diner it is not very bad. In the rooms it looks very bad the old walls carpet and furniture. In the room they put a lot of perfume to cover the old smell. I could not sleep with that and hâd to ventilate a hole day. After that You could feel the really bad and strong old room smell. The walls have textile tapet in them that must be 50 years old and full of dust and vad smell.

* Friendly staff on reception, very helpful, called cabs for me and spoke great English.* Despite the dirty walls housekeeping kept the rest of the room clean; clean bedsheets, bin emptied daily, looks like it was vacuumed daily.* 20 minute walk to the QT8 Metro station. 10 minute walk to McDonalds.

The room was poor:* very small* the walls are covered in fabric which has become dirty over years and obviously cannot be well cleaned so they are marked and dirty in places* the folding door on the bathroom door doesn't close, the catch is broken* even the lock on the room door has obviously been forced before and is loose* the decor is extremely tired and dated* few TV channels (though it isn't a room you want to spend time in)* there are few plug sockets; I had to unplug the TV to use that to charge my phone and laptop.

Good breakfast, with several options, the lady in the breakfast area made wonderful coffees (authentic Italian style), the rooms comfy

They were doing some remodeling inside the facility, which made a kind of noise

the room equipment is very old. bathroom and shower very small. strange flushing of the toilet ? the room was clean but the pillowcase had a hole.

Location closest to city centre , just across the street very easy to take the tram rail towards the city centre in 20 mins .Hospitality hotel very good.Rooms comfortable .Everything will recommend .
