Great location with friendly helpful staff.

The room was dated and it made the stay a little uncomfortable. Seemed unclean, but on closer inspection was generally clean.

The location of this hotel is sfantastic - close to urban transportation - subway and tram, midway between city center and San Siro Stadium, on a nice street and with shops and restaurants on a walking distance. Wi-fi was good, rooms were clean and maitained clean througout our stay and staff were really nice and helpful.

I didn't like the bed and the breakfast was lacklustre - you can fill yourself up (if not vegan or vegetarian), but it was all the same every day and lacked fruit. Amazingly for Italy, the coffee was just awful.

Our stay was very pleasant. The room and bathroom were both very clean, with a large comfortable bed for a couple. The area was quiet, and we appreciated the private parking. Overall, a great stay!

The air conditioner was not cooling properly, so the room felt a bit hot. Parking was overpriced. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but conveniently close to a metro station.

Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices for everyone taste. The breakfast lounge was very comfortable and spacious which promoted relaxation. I looked forward to it every morning.

I liked everything. I have no complaints whatsoever.

– No vegetables at breakfast (none at all) – Very tight parking – hard to enter/exit with a non-small car, takes time, but staff helps – Bathroom doors are frosted glass – not very private with the light on.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center, easily accessible by tram and metro. There were plenty of options for breakfast, so everyone could find something they liked.

Wonderful experience!The reception staff were amazing – very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. They assisted us right away with everything we needed. The room service and cleanliness were also excellent. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

We were frustrated as people there were late in solving the unnworking air conditioning problem. They transferred to another, but a less comfortable room only after our strong request.

disappointed by cleanliness and morning front desk

I generally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience so future guests know what to expect. Unfortunately, the hotel was not as clean as we hoped — we noticed a lot of dust in the room and common areas, which made it feel neglected.What really affected our stay was the attitude of the front desk staff in the morning. In particular, a man named Robert (Indian, working the morning shift) was extremely unprofessional. When we arrived early for check-in, instead of offering a warm welcome or even basic courtesy, he barely looked up from his phone and treated us like an inconvenience. He put us in a corner to wait without giving any clear information, and his responses were sarcastic and passive-aggressive rather than helpful. It felt like he was pretending to be polite, but in a mocking or ironic tone — not the kind of attitude you want at a front desk.In contrast, the staff during the afternoon shift were fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and professional. If you do end up staying here, I highly recommend only dealing with the afternoon team for anything you need.There’s potential at this hotel, but serious improvement is needed in housekeeping and morning customer service.

The room itself was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, which we appreciated. Breakfast had a decent spread with warm items like eggs, pancakes, and other options. Location was also ideal for my visit.

The service left much to be desired. The person at the front desk who checked us in was unfriendly—there was no greeting, no smile, and no sense of welcome. We were simply told, “Check-in is at 2,” with no further engagement. Additionally, the manager of the dining area was noticeably rude and unaccommodating, repeatedly reminding guests that they close at 10, making us feel rushed and more like a burden than valued guests.The air conditioning in our room was also not functioning well, making our stay uncomfortable. Ultimately, we decided to check out early and move to another hotel closer to the city center—which turned out to be a much better choice.

Location is convenient, next to metro station, lot's of restaurants around. Family room was good size, clean etc

breakfast room was crowdy at peak hours. One coffee machine was frequently down and no-one rushed to clean it.

A proper hotel with very friendly, polite and helpful staff. They recommended us a great restaurant close by, Novecento, and allowed us to keep the car in their garage after checking out while we went to sight see - very kind. The bathroom was recently renewed

The room we were provided was modern, spacious and was very good value for money. Its location is great and very quiet, and quite close to the football stadium.

Excellent location for so many attractions, 2mins from metro. Immaculately clean. Staff helpful and friendly.
