Hotel MM Dateo

Nicely updated rooms with all necessary amenities to ensure comfort. Staff was kind, and the location is in a calm and beautiful area -- out of the confusion of the center without being too far from the center -- and has easy access to good restaurants and transportation.

Bad

The stuff is not client oriented. The building is from Mussolini years. Very dirty rooms!

Absolutely horrible experience. The reception staff were shockingly rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome and disrespected. They spoke with attitude, refused to help, and acted like guests were a burden.I actually decided to leave the hotel because of the reception staff, even though it was late and I had nowhere else to stay. That says everything about how terrible the situation was.

Staff was polite, we could leave our baggage after check out. The location is well connected, there’s metro and bus to central station.

It was not possible to open the window and the air in the room was damp and hard to breathe. Furniture in the bathroom looked old. No elevator.

Location was great. Water pressure and temperature from the shower also great.

Old and uneven mattress, tough on your back. No restocking of breakfast items.

Quiet, friendly and met our requirements.

The staff were very helpful, especially as there was no lift and they assisted me in getting my luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was not bad at all. Handy to public transport.

There was no elevator and the room was very small but workable.

The staff were friendly, the location has good connections to metro, train and bus, the room although small was clean and comfortable, the shower head wasn't hanging, I believe that was a problem, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has trouble sleeping at night because the street is very noisy.

The hotel is cheap compared with other hotels in Milan and therefore the comfort is related.The bathroom was nice, the room was big enough and the location is just near the the metro and train station which leads you to the city center. Breakfast was simple and ok - tipical italian sweet breakfast. The staff was friendly and open for any questions.

The walls are really thin, so you can hear the noise from the street and the rest of the hotel rooms. We had a room in the first floor which was just behind the automatic doors and each opening of that door was heard into the room.

Overpriced

The room I got was in a basement with many stairs that were difficult to climb and descend, especially since there was no one to help with the luggage at check out. The room faced a very dirty inner courtyard and the door to the room facing the courtyard was broken, it wouldn't close. The hotel is old and dirty, right from the entrance, dirty carpet, dirty walls, very strong smell of cigarette smoke.

There was a disturbance in the morning and the sound of people breaking their fast in the morning and the sound of plates

The location was really good.

The bathroom had a bad smell and the bed sheets had marks on it, didn’t seemed really clean.

Excellent location for a base when exploring Milan, Dateo station right outside hotels front door which has amazing connections

4 in one room was a bit cramp, shower was a bit on the small side

The location is great, 10-15 Minutes direct bus connection to the City Center. Multiple options for Public Transport(Bus, S-train, Metro) right on the doorstep. The AC comes in Handy in the Summer too.Friendly Staff 100%

The Bathroom could use a newer upgrade; otherwise, it's very clean.
