Hotel Roxy

Staff very professional. I forgot in the locker safe, my ID, 3credit Cards with different banks and 1000 Euros, which normally I keep for emergency. I went back to the hotel 4 days after and collected all that I left behind. This must be honored ?

There is train line passing in the front of the hotel, off course, in the nights there is noise.

The receptionist was very sweet, I reached early and she checked me in immediately, she was very helpful as well.

The tram is very noisy and loud. Room service cleaning was disappointing.

I like that it is very close to a tram and close to Milan Centrale. It is also clean. The staff - all of them from Will in the front desk to the signora at the breakfast were very nice.

Not really sure if its the whole of Milan but theres no close grocery late at night.

Noise from the tram

The location. The clean rooms the friendly staff the price. All great. Breakfast was outstanding . We arrived very early and will stored our luggage until check in time so we could enjoy the city.

Within walking distance of the Duomo Cathedral and shopping. Some great restaurants in the area.

Very noisy. The tram rattles past every 15minutes. Can hear toilet above flushing.

The location of the hotel Roxy is really great. I love going for a run to the park close to it (3 blocks away). Also, the neighbourhood has plenty of nice restaurants. The breakfast is great with a lot of different options. The ladies at the breakfast are also nice and take care quickly of your requests.The room was clean and comfy.

Next time, I will ask for a room on the other side, not looking at the street as the tramway is passing there. Even if this is overall a quiet street, the tram passes from time to time.

The room was clean and modern in a good location close to the metro

The location is about 25-30 minutes walking from central train station. You can take a tram from the station to the hotel. Tram number 9. You can also find a bus to Bergamo airport from the train station. Bus fare is 12 euros by cash. Taxi will cost more than 130 euros to this airport. Room was a bit small but clean and modern fitting. Staff are friendly.

There is a small box hanging on the wall. It has noise. Later I found out it is actually a fridge. The tram is noisy and it sounded loud at night.

Really good breakfast with on-demand eggs etc. and a lot of choice next to that. The room was good, clean, with recent furniture and bathroom. The location was great. I was able to reach easily the city center, the metro line (5 min walk) to then reach the airport by train, or to go for a run in the close by park. I also found a really good pizzeria close by and there were also many other restaurants to choose from. The best hotel I have been in Milan so far in that range of price (Milan is usually outrageously expensive for the quality of the rooms).

I was on the first floor so there was a bit of noise from the garage door right below in the night (I think). I should have maybe wear ear blocks...

Breakfast was good. the lady at thereception was very friendly and supportive.

location was good, not far from a few metro stations, tram was right outside and not far from the city centre( few stops to the duomo. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.

the bathroom sink had alot of glue marks, this was a little unpleasant to see - appeared dirty. Also the rooms dont have kettles which is really inconvenient
