The staff were amazing, place was clean and provided the bed for the night I needed

My husband got bed bugs bite marks from bed , very itchy whole body !!! Blankets are old, not comfy. We didn't need luxury, but this was nasty suprise for our family.

Shower was very small. Expensive for type of Hotel. I was told everything was expensive because fashion week in Milan.

Friendly reception staff, able to leave luggage at the reception before/ after check in. About a 10 min walk to the centre but very easy to navigate. The room was spacious and clean. Fresh towels daily. A nice stay.

The keycard system they use to open the doors makes a beep so people coming into rooms late evenings / early mornings make a sound but easily fixed with earplugs. Sometimes uber/taxi have trouble getting down one of the streets connecting to the hotel as it’s blocked with plants, suggest walking to the corner on the main road as we found it easier for drivers to navigate to the hotel.

The location is a 20 minute walk to the Millan duomo. It was very quiet and clean.

I have allergies and I did not like the air fresheners that they had in the room. They made me sneeze. The beds are very hard.

The hotel is clean, it is less expensive than other hotels in the neighborhood and it is within 15 min walking distance to the Milano Duomo. If you are in a budget, it could be a good option but it is not a nice hotel. WIFI was slow but worked all right.

The bathroom was unacceptably small. The toilet, the shower, the sink all on top of each other. The cover of the toilet was broken and the shower space was so small you can barely turn. Air conditioning worked but you cannot use it during the night because the cold air falls right on top of your head.

No lift

Very close to the cathedral and everything at the city center ! Very friendly staff ! Special mention to Leonardo! The Argentinian origin guy ! We spoke a lot about the finals last year and he was very helpful! Yes the hotel doesn’t have stairs but the staff made sure to help me carry my bag ! Overall clean place with necessary facilities for family and solo travelers ! Value for money !!!

They don’t have elevator. So be prepared to carry your own luggage. We carried our own luggage using the stairs since no one will help you there to carry your luggage.
