The food is fabulous. The staffs are all friendly

Michael the receptionist gave us a good idea of where to go and how to make our coffee.

The room was spacious, the staff were friendly. It was an easy reach by bus > train to Milano Centrale with the bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Staff are helpful and friendly Clean and tidy room.

The room can be equipped with water boiler.Breakfast is very basic.They need extra assistance and staff during serving the Breakfast specially in the weekend.Internet is not quite stable.

Quiet, tidy, room size excellent, great storage, comfortable bed, superb shower.

Shame there was no bar but not a huge issue. It was winter and it would have been nice to have a quiet drink in comfort without going out.

At first glance, the hotel's location seemed far from ideal. However, a 10-minute walk to the metro, followed by a 5-minute ride, and you're at the Duomo Cathedral Square. There are several shops nearby where you can quickly pick up some essentials. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The only small downside is the lack of an iron in the room (also no option to borrow one). I must admit, small conveniences like a kettle in the room would also be appreciated.

Very comfy hotel and such lovely, helpful staff. I had a huge issue getting home from the san Siro stadium after a concert and they helped me and my daughter. Breakfast varied and lovely coffees made freshly for you,

More variety of hot breakfast food or more of it. Location was just a bit too far out for what we intended to see in Milan.

Location! Not many hotels or subway stations in walking distance

The room was clean, tidy and quiet.

The common area was very hectic and the location was 20 minutes far from metro station

Considering all the other options we had for that particular day i'd say it was great value. The room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was good too with all the necessary toiletries and towels. I'm not giving 10 just cuz of the price that you have to pay just for staying in Milan.

Dingy - Bookings apparently reserves the cheapest rooms. I was told rooms on upper floors had been renovated but the entry was still old and not well maintained. The bar has been permanently closed and we didn’t try the breakfast. A plastic tube drain came from somewhere (?), crossed the bathroom wall and emptied into the shower stall which was uncomfortably small.We had to call staff to clean a place on the wall where something indescribable had been smeared. Smokers were allowed to congregate right outside the entrance which affected inside air and created a gauntlet to pass through.

Staff was friendly.

Paper walls, you can hear everything from other rooms. Location not the best, not the worst.
