Pros +
- Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful and professional. I loved the food options that were available for breakfast time. I wrapped up a couple of treats with me for my train ride back to France. Boy did they come in handy lol. While they’re in Italy, if you are interested in sighting seeing, trying good food spots, & touring Milano; the train station is nearby and walkable (3-5 mins) distance. The train ride to the Duomo Cathedral is about 25-30 mins and it’s pretty easy to navigate and cost about 4 euros in total to travel there and back to the hotel. Also, if you are coming to the hotel from the train station, I would recommend taking a taxi to and from the hotel as the traffic can be crazy and it’s going to take about 30-35 mins. I think you can experience a wonderful time if you are there in Milan, Italy for a day in half like I did. It’s worth it, but you have to plan accordingly to maximize your experience and know the things you want to do. If I were to ever go back to Italy, I would book the same hotel again! :)
- The location was cool ?
- The location very next to the metro subway. The stuff very friendly and professional.
Cons -
- I didn’t like that the shower was pretty narrow and a little challenging getting in and stepping up to get out. I’m pretty tiny and it was a challenge for me. Also, the a/c system was a challenge to use as it seemed to be already preset on a specific temperature. Because of that, my room was warm. I travel with a little portable fan so that helped me out a lot especially throughout the night. Last thing, the WiFi internet ran a little slow at times. Other than that, I had a great experience and would book again. The difference is, I would be more vocal about the warmth of the room & the internet use. However, I was super tired traveling solo and was more concerned about resting, eating, and enjoying all that I could in the little time that I had.
- One of my colleagues rooms was very small compared to my room, but the cost was the same
- The police is not friendly. The shower very narrow and not comfortable.

The location very next to the metro subway. The stuff very friendly and professional.
The police is not friendly. The shower very narrow and not comfortable.
The stuff was so helpful especially paulo
The path was so small that we asked to change the roomAnd we got another room.it was better but so noisy.
I had a great stay at Hotel Gamma Milan. The hotel is very clean which made my visit comfortable and enjoyable. The staff at the reception were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I’d like to especially mention Andrei, who was incredibly friendly and attentive—he made the check-out process smooth.. Overall, excellent service and a pleasant experience
The location is pretty good, right next to Milano Lambrate train station and Metro.Room cleaning is done daily and you get liquid soap for both - lavatory and shower.
A lot of noise from other rooms and/or the hotel itself. The walls do not have any soundproofing. The shower is at most 1 square meter and the foldable door makes entering into the shower a challenge if you are not slim fit, as it barely has 50cm opening.
I loved that the room was air conditioned as I went in the summer. The room was kept at a constant 22 degrees throughout which was great for sleeping. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The receptionists were friendly and when leaving for the airport they made me an espresso before I took my taxi along with a croissant.
The breakfast was a bit lacking, but it was sufficient and the bathroom was small, especially the shower.
Firstly I want to say that the reception desk is the best one out there. They are very kind, will help you with everything you need at any hour, probably the best reception desk we've ever seen.Secondly the rooms were very clean and big enough. The rooms were cleaned every day, and they made it to be cleaned exactly when you went for breakfast so you wouldn't be bothered by it.Third and not the least, the breakfast was excellent. You had a lot to eat from fruits to cereals, eggs, bacon, etc. Fresh orange juice or pinnaple , cappuccino, latte machiato, tea, everything you want. It's only 1 minute away from the metro station, which makes it literally perfect. Also, for smokers, they had a small place where you can smoke and take your coffee as smoking in Milano is forbidden. Also to mention that even if we had the check-in at 14:00 they gave us the room at 09:00 in the morning and that was great.
Everything was perfect.
Next to a Metro stop
The shower in our first room didn’t work and the cubical was very small. The bathroom in both rooms we stayed in were out dated and not as shown on pictures.
On the plus side, the location was solid (2 min walk to the Metro) and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast is good but lacks variety (however there’s a lot of fruit and sweets though).
The area is noisy and the windows do not soundproof either street noise or the nearby train station. The room we stayed in had a leaky & clogged toilet which frequently overflowed (really big issue btw). Staff tried to fix it but problem just kept coming back. The hotel needs to be cleaner; breakfast area and carpets leave a lot of room for improvement.
The hotel is in a good location, metro and small supermarket is within 1-2 minutes by feet. The gentlemen at the reception were so kind and very helpful!
Location, proximity to metro station. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff.
Very small shower space. Old aesthetics.
Amazing location, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. I’m sure we’ll come back again.

Friendly staff , Nice Room & right next to the metro
The room was very clean, breakfast was decent, your typical italian breakfast with croissant, cheese, fruit, and also hot food like scramble eggs, breakfast hotdogs and bacons, and of course great coffee. The shower is as small as some of the other comments and reviews, but i was completely ok with it, bathroom was spotless too! Oh, and the front desk person Andre, let me check in 2 hours early, upgraded me from a single-bed room to a double (queen?) size bed room, i really appreciated it
They were doing some maintenance work during the day time, when i stepped out of the elevator my floor, i thought i was on a construction level that was off limit because of the equipment on the floor, turned out its just they were doing some work, and the next day, drilling sound was happening either above or below my floor. But i wasn't planning on staying in the room during the day so it was ok
The location was near from Lambrate station, the staff is helpful.
The WiFi connection was so bad , The bed wasn't good , breakfast was not the best, the shower was very small , expensive value for money
Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever from morning staff to cleanliness to room quality, etc..
The staff were kind, breakfast was good and it was quite clean.
The entire building appears quite old, and the rooms (at least ours) look nothing like the pictures. Many maintenance issues have been neglected. Throughout the night, we were disturbed by a constant background noise, likely from an air conditioning unit outside our room. The location is far from ideal, and the surrounding neighborhood seems run-down.
Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and comfy beds
Nothing to dislike! Will go back
The hotel is less than 100 m from a metro station and in about 30 minutes you can get to the Duomo or the Castle. The room is new, clean and warm. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to recommend interesting things to see in town - even one thing I did not know about.
