The staff was amazing! And the location was perfect. It was close to the train stations and wonderful restaurants. I would stay and recommend this hotel again.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Carlo on front desk. Rooms were spacious and clean and we had a lovely terrace and view. Location was convenient to transport (we were in Milan for the Olympics) restaurants and shops. Very family friendly as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good location near many cafes and restaurants and 20 min walking to Dumo. The rooms were good size. Excellent communication via email prior to arrival respecting our request of 2 adjacent rooms. Easy check out and responded to our request for a car to the airport.

Check in took little bit long time but they upgrade our rooms according to our genius level in booking.com. Far from train station and not very central.

Clean room and comfortable beds. The hotel has fitness and spa facilities available to guests. The breakfast is very good.

This is not the first time we have stayed at the hotel. The location and the restaurant were very good in my opinion, and the staff working in the restaurant do their job excellently and with great concentration.

The bathtub in the room filled with water in 1 hour!!!, which according to the receptionist, is completely natural because there is not enough pressure on the 12th floor /where a suite costs a horrible amount/. Well, after that, I have no more questions. Think about it, the receptionist, if she paid that much, wouldn't she be outraged if each family member had to wait an hour for the bathtub to fill up /there were five of us/ The money had to be paid in advance and I couldn't change rooms because they said they wouldn't pay compensation. We felt cheated and cheated.

This is my old neighborhood and it is near a number of my friends.

The breakfast was low level. Should include the omletes and eggs benedict for those of us who like a great breakfast. The pancakes were frozen.

I really liked it because the customer service was excellent, everyone was very kind to me and my girlfriend, and the room was extremely clean and fresh. I also loved the design of the room.

- Location is good, not in center but its much quieter and near a smaller center that is not crowded. - room is good size - security is good in hotel. - staff are friendly and helpful. - good heating system in the room which we loved! - a big bonus is the steamer in the room, which actually worked very well!

- not clean, the sheets and under bed was always dusty. Three of us got allergic from the dust. - not enough water given. We were 3 people in one room and only one bottle was given. - breakfast not worth it and expensive for what is offered. You have to pay extra for omelet which we found a bit odd.

Quiet area, good location

Everything was great, except for breakfast, which had limited food options.

Rooms was lovely, luxury accommodation.Roof terrace not open in late October.

Location not great ,had to get taxi to attractions, had wellness spa but was added expence..should be included in price of hotel room.Had to pay 100 euro deposit on arrival still waiting for refund of same.

We stay here frequently and the staff at the front desk always go out of their way to help us out. Truly exceptional staff.

It is quite difficult to fit two open suitcases around the room and still move around. The wall for the shower doesn't extend far enough so whenever you show, you splash water all over the bathroom.

the reception was rude, the check in was postponed by one hour. the bathroom is dirty, breakfast service was also poor. no water in the room. I would say one of the most disappointing experience with the hotel, especially personal.
