Clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff. Perfect for an overnight stay and very convenient for Linate, being very close to the M4 line stop Dateo.

The room was not as shown in the pictures. The toilet was very small and this hotel is not up to a 3 star standard. It's also quite expensive.

I was traveling with a colleague who had a room on the second floor. My room was on the third floor. The colleague’s room had a balcony, while my room had two windows located high under the ceiling (starting at about 2 meters). The price for both rooms was the same. This is not acceptable. If you rent out a room with such windows, it would only be fair to lower the price, as the room did not meet even average standards.

Great location for use and had everything we needed. Plain simple hotel with a good breakfast selection and some decent coffee.Staff were brilliant, nothing was a bother or a problem.

It's a simple hotel, minor issues with shower temp, but rectifies quickly.

I like this place because easy to access and near the Metro Datteo. Accross the street there is a really authentic small Italian restaurant and it was really cheap. It located also near the Carefour. And the most important is silent.

Walking to city center it was a bit far like 20 minute but i enjoyed the views and everything . Really good experience

A wonderful hotel run by a friendly family! New rooms, clean, good breakfast, close to the central station and Milan Cathedral.I highly recommend the hotel!

Extra friendly and hospitable staff, good location (metro, tram and bus station are near, just like a good supermarket - Carrefour), rooms have up to date furniture and furnishing and everything is clean, the bed and the pillows were so comfy (on the firmer side, which I like), the breakfast has lots of options and the coffee they make for you is very good. Also being able to have breakfast outside is a big plus, just like the ability to check in a bit earlier and that they held my baggage on my last day after the check out while I was waiting for my evening flight. Honestly this accomodation felt worth more than three stars - before this I was staying for one night in a 4 star object in Sesto San Giovanni, and this was better in many ways.

The AC is different than what I’m used to, but I noticed they’re like that in most places in Milan, and it got the job done, at least it wasn’t noisy. Also, an actual closet would be a nice update to the room but I was here for two nights so I didn’t mind.

Great location, great connection to the Metro, very kind and helpful staff (my a/c didnt work well, and the staff came immediately to have a look and fixed it!), clean in general (see exception), good price.

Room layout was pretty cramped, a/c didn't work properly at first, smell of anti-moskito spray and food in the room, there was a little mold in the bath

The service was exceptional. They always had a smile and helped with every aspect. Their kind demeanor made our stay very pleasant. We even received a room with a balcony and extra bed, so we had extra room. The bathroom in the room was beautiful. The breakfast was good, too.

Some areas could use some TLC and cosmetic updates, but the owners are currently upgrading.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel did the job for what we needed it for, which was a base for a one night stay whilst in the city for a football game. Breakfast was really good too, with a large variety of items to choose from and again, staff were looking after us really well - thank you!

High chair tray needed a good wipe - maybe it doesn’t get used often and it wasn’t the end of the world for us as we just sat baby on our lap in the end.

They also gave us our room 1 hour before official check-in time. Breakfast was pretty good too. There are a fair number of restaurants nearby. All in all, a good place to stay.

The toilet was clean but had a couple of spots which could have been cleaner. The room walls are pretty thin, which was perhaps the biggest and the only negative point to note.

The location is okay, not far from the city centre. The staff was helpful.

This place needs renovation, you can see peeling paint and mold everywhere.The breakfast is very poor and served in basement.Pillows are very uncomfortable.

When we arrived, our room was not ready as promised. Unfortunately, the room renovation was very poorly done, with everything looking outdated and worn. There was mold in bathroom. The lighting in our room was very poor, and there was no soundproofing. The breakfast restaurant was with a limited selection, and we noticed mold on the walls...

Short walk from the metro and short bus ride going to the central train station.The room was just the right size which I can move around, and a bonus outside space (terrace) that looks on some vegetation and terraces of the neighbours.The bed was like a small double size and comfortable. The staff were friendly. There was a lift.
