The nearness to the train station and the staff was friendly.

Hair dryer did not work. Had to ask for an additional pillow even though the pillows on the bed were extremely thin. Local food options were not favorable to those who like a well balanced meal.

When I made the booking, it said breakfast included but I was told at the hotel there is no breakfast. Also there was no tea or coffee making facility in the room i had to ask for it at reception they didn't have much available so that was another misleading information on the bookingg.com felt scammed and robbed. I will not book this hotel again.

Staff were helpful and polite.

My bathroom was clean however the shower head was damaged so I had to adjust a lot of the time

Friendly staff, great location near the Bovisa station.Which was the main reason for choosing the hotel.Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Room was nice and clean but maybe needs a bit of paint and modernisation.The area the hotel was in was a little run down.

Very noisy room , you can hear everything from the street. Staff not even greeting, almost annoyed that you are there.

The hotel is old and tired, no facilities to speak of. Breakfast was very limited. No heating at the time we went.

One of the rooms the shower head wasn't attached to the wall, had to hold it. Wasn't a problem but a bit basic. One room had a TV, other didnt, little bit of pot luck what you get.

It was cold and didn’t have a portable heater or anything and said the heating system will be available on the 20th October,which is ridiculous. No shower head in my bathroom water was running on the wall the next door was also banging our room as they are not soundproof at all

The staff there are super friendly and nice! They are willing to help in any way.

The facility is beyond terrible for a 3-star hotel. There is no coffee machine or kettle to boil hot water in the room. I have to ask the front desk to borrow one. No bottled water is provided in the little fridge, which by the way is unplugged. The facility is super old, and it doesn't smell good. The lady came to clean every day, but the bed sheet is not even changed.

Very comfortable room and bed, with nice wooden interior. Large terrace with sofas, great for morning coffee or evening drink. Very friendly staff and cleanliness. They even treated me to a wonderful espresso.

It's far from the center and I expected a slightly lower price. But maybe for this part of Milan near the Technical University is normal. The area around the hotel is like a suburb, a bit dirty streets, but it was quiet.

The place is quite close to POLIMI Bovisa Campus. The room has a carpet flooring, bed, table to work on, AC, bathroom. Also they are quite prepared to provide company invoice which is also a big help.

The place is not a big deal. The AC works but in a weird way, close to the target temperature it starts to go on/off all the time. Also, it is quite noisy because of the road and insufficient insulation of the windows.

The staff was really nice, and the rooms had all the necessities, nothing was out of place or dirty

The hotel is quite old, it hasn’t been renovated in perhaps 40 years or more but other than that it’s totally fine!

Location is very run down, bed was horrible and room was not as described. Paid for breakfast as its said it woukd be in the room when in actual fact it was a pastry n coffee at the end of the road
