Easy to access through main metro lines, room was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast had a good selection of different things and the staff were lovely. Premises were very clean and had everything one needs and the area was lovely.

My room was on the road's side and the walls weren't very soundproof so I needed ear plugs to sleep. The hotel is also quite far from the centre.

Walking distance from the city centre. Across the street therenis a bus stop. Small but nice room. Clean and has everything you need, helpfull staff

It was advertised as a budget single room but given it considered itself 4 Stars the room was very small. It was nice , clean and the bathroom was lovely but very small. I only stayed 2 nights so it was fine even cosy but I think anyone staying longer might have found it a little challenging. I was genuinely surprised to discover no facilities for making a hot drink , struggling to think of the last time I had a hotel room without a kettle

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located a little bit far from the center but in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was wide and fresh.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations. It is advertised as a 4 star hotel, but this does not reflect reality, it feels more like a 3 star property at best. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is even smaller. Cleanliness was also an issue: the room was not properly cleaned and I found several personal items left by previous guests, such as hair clips. I addition, one of the towels had an unpleasant dark brown stain, and I did not feel comfortable using it.

Hotel is on good location, very close to bus and tram that can take you to the Duomo. Close to Politecnico campus.Heating in the room was broken so friendly stuff changed our room immediately.Breakfast is very good, however, it's same every day.Room was super clean!

Heating afternoon was not working sometimes, they should fix that.Bathroom is way too small.

It was raining heavily on the day that i arrived and they provided me an umbrella each time i was heading out, i found it very helpful and convenient.

The ovation is not the best, as there aren’t any bars around the hotel.

Room was very small, no water provided. bathroom was very tiny.

The types of people the hotel attracted were nicer and well put together and polite. No one was rude or sketchy. The security was great and they were very protective. Specially late at night. They were willing to hold my bags while I ventured out before I needed to catch my flight.

Very firm mattresses much more than one, who prefers a firm mattress, could find pleasant. My wifes back pain got worse over her stay

Everything was ok clean rooms breakfast very nice location also very good . Stuff or reception very helpful specially mr Stefano help me much when asked him thanks also for all will return back again

Close to Linate airport and a short bus ride to Milan. Lovely staff. Lots of choice for breakfast

The rooms were very hot. The AC wouldn’t go below 22 and there was a heat wave in our visit making it unbearable everywhere, we would have liked to be able to make the room cooler.

The staff was very nice and pleasant. They did all to satisfy our needs. The breakfast is very good and is very tasty. We are impressed by the very welcoming and friendly treatment from the staff of the hotel and will recommend everyone looking for a place in Milan.

The hotel looked different in real life than on the booking pics. Furnitures was old, TV didn't work, we also have bug problems there. Flying bugs were all in the bathroom and in the room, on the bed as well.The breakfast was poor, the only thing that was ok, the scrumbled eggs and the cappuccino, nothing else. If you have gluten intolerance, you can barely eat anything. Plus point for the nice guy at the reception (both of them), they were helpful and kind.Regards,Tünde
