Hotel Dei Cavalieri Milano Duomo

Location

Our room had water stains on the ceiling, mold in the shower, wasn?t updated as advertised, and had a dirty air vent that made me sick. I was really disappointed with the room. Felt like I was staying in a one star room when I paid for four star.

Everything except for shower, there was leakage and they had to replace some part, and not built for quick shower

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The best location, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. Definitely will stay here again! :)

Breakfast buffet

Size of the room. Cost based on the room size. Walls too thin so able to hear neighbors. Had a room facing the street and noise from the trolleys was annoying at night. Windows mustn’t be very soundproof.

Location was fantastic! Close to Metro, Duomo and everything! Easy connections to all locations. Plus "The Roof" is an added wow factor! Room was in great condition- had all amenities that one would need...great size and view too!Breakfast spread was mindblowing! Everything was delicious and service great too!Overall staff and service was exceptional at this hotel! It made our stay even more AMAZING! Thank you!

The rooms are not very soundproof.

I loved the assortment of options for breakfast and the each of the staff that we spoke to was very helpful and nice. We also loved that the hotel let us keep our bags there while we explored Milan even after we had checked out. Also, loved that the hotel was close to every thing we wanted to walk to.

When we entered our room. There was a pillowcase and four spoons in our bathroom sink. A little random but other than that there were no issues. We put the items out in the hall and someone came to get them.

- Excellent location — just a short walk (5–6 minutes) from the Duomo and major attractions.- Clean rooms and bathrooms.- Comfortable beds (excluding the sofa bed).- Easy-to-control air conditioning.- Fast and reliable Wi-Fi.- Friendly and professional staff (overall).- Tour services available to Lake Como and Serravalle (though expensive).- Good value for the price paid.

- No toothbrushes or toothpaste provided in the bathrooms.- Sofa bed was not very comfortable.- Tour van service is quite expensive (€590 for 4 hours).- Request for a clothing iron was not fulfilled.

A 10 min walk the Duomo

No concierge some days. Front desk staff not very helpful. Some housekeeping issues

The location was beautiful and close to the Duomo square, but the suite was small and lacked everything needed.

The place is acceptable, but the staff don't pay attention to everything, especially the waiters at breakfast.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is next to the Yellow Metro Line.

The noise. Please do not stay on the 9th floor unless you enjoy the sounds of disco music until 3 AM nightly. The noise from the bar will shake your windows, and the clicking of footsteps will be constant until closing.

I loved the location, the decor and the bathrooms in the rooms were so nice! The staff were amazing and super helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here especially in the winter so you don’t have far to walk to the Duomo. The metro is right outside and we used it a bunch of times - super convenient

Location only

Room furniture and bathroom is very old. Staff weren’t as friendly except the gentleman who was there at the reception for check-in. Generally speaking you won’t find people trying to help or solve your problems, everyone seems stressed and on a rush.

The location is fantastic! Quick walk to duomo and galleria and 2 train lines. they upgraded us to a newly renovated room and especially the view and bathroom were great!

Wish it was a a queen or double bed instead of 2 beds pulled together

Great breakfast options. Room was comfortable and spacious. Wonderful location, just a five minute walk to the Duomo.

The first day, we returned to our room for a quick rest before heading out again and it had not been cleaned. Also there were no TV stations in English, besides news programs.
