Nothing. I would definitely stay here again
Amazing location, our room was dated but very clean. The staff were all wonderfully helpful.
The decor does need an upgrade in the room we were in. A kettle would have been welcome too.
Friendly personnel. Very good location.
Small room. You hear a lot of noise from other guest and cleaning team while being asleep in your room, looks like walls are made from cardboard.
Staff was nice. Also let me use a umbrella due to the rain. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was close to transit.
Rooms are very small.
Staff hospitality and friendliness are exceptional, room is organized very well and it is specious for European standards. Very good choices of the meals, and they were all good quality.
Staff needs to be trained better. Some of them do not pay attention to the customers needs. It seems some of them would not take care of basics if you don't ask them. In addition staff should be able to handle misbehaved guests. Some guests let their kids play in the dining room during dinner or breakfast time and no one is warning them.
Friendly staff, very clean and fabulous location
Nothing was a problem, reception staff were incredibly kind and Cindy was amazing assisting me when I needed some help.
Everything was as expected. Note that there are no kettles in the rooms.
I like the personnel particularly at the reception desk (very kind and supportive), I like the location (a very important issue when spending time in a big city), and I liked the breakfast.
The rooms are far below expectation, even though everything you need was there - it is just the very old furniture, the small size, the lack of a sitting are (we had to choose a room with beds for 3), the corridor is very narrow and the overall atmosphere was poor. Someabsic renovation will transform the Fenice to one of the best hotels in Milan

On Corso Buenos Aries, Hotel Fenice is ideally located for the M1 metro line and very central. More importantly our host staff were extremely helpful and kind, assisting me when I had a pick pocket issue. Going beyond supportive and spending personal time waiting at the Police station with me.
Everything was consistent with expectations and if requested tea/coffee was available from the hotel bar, there is a fridge in the room, but no kettle.
The location is very good. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
Breakfast room too small to accommodate all hotel guests.
I like the location, its very convenient to trains station. Staffs are very polite and respectful. Linen and towels are very clean.
The elevator is so small, but doesn't matter for our stay.
The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, breakfast is good and the location is fantastic! Literally in front of Porta Venezia metro station, next to plenty of shops supermarkets and restaurants and less than 20 minutes walk from the Duomo.
It was very clean and the staff were very helpful
The bathroom is very small
The location was perfect
Shower wasn’t amazing. Room a little small with no tea and coffee facilities.
Location Cleanliness, I have never seen such cleanliness in any hotel. The location is also ideal.
I liked everything, the staff was very friendly.
Location, Staff
The size of the bathroom was very narrow
Good location near to metro. Walking distance( 15 minutes to Cathedral). Helpful staff. Restaurants and bars nearby.
Quite basic room. No tea and coffee making facilities. Luke warm shower on two occasions.
