Staff Location Rooms Excellent ratio: Money/ Service received

Very clean hotel. Everyday cleaning. Toiletries provided. Very comfortable and and spacious bed. The breakfast is various - fruits, yogurt, cheese, biscuits, butter, jam, ham, cereals, boiled eggs. The air conditioning is central, and works well and is included in the price. The staff is organized and efficient. The place is reachable easily - at 1 min walking distance from Loreto metro station.

The shower cabin is a bit narrow.

I do not know if I'm charged twice as I booked in booking and they reseved the amount of booking and I got SMS from the bank that I'm charged, in the day that I've arrived they told me that they released the money and canceled the money reservation, they made me to pay again on arrival to enter the room, still I did not recieved the released amount in the bank... This is a very strange and bad part of the hotel. Other than everything was good and acceptable.

Location was good

Aircon was broken in 35 degree heat. They gave a family of 4 1 small fan. Staff were very unhelpful when we asked for an additional fan. Rude staff, arguing with most customers.

Old large key that you had to leave at reception. No international channels on TV.

The hotel is good and correct. Perfect to stay a couple of nights and have a recovery after walking by Milano. The beds and commodities are ok. The staff is warm, attentive and they make your stay very pleasant. The location is excellent, really close to the Loreto metro station.

Breakfast: buffet with pastries, fruit, juice, and other items. Coffee prepared by the barista on request (Italian style)

The living room and shower was very small, but bathroom space was enough. Breakfast not bad, location - very close to metro. City visitor tax you need to pay by cash. You can hear what people talks in the neigbour room.

Cosy & clean room, fine for my one-night stay. Convenient location right next to metro. Breakfast was tasty, and staff were friendly - held my luggage securely for the day.

Is pricey, but not out of line with the rest of Milan.

Poor service. We charged 10 euros more than indicated in the booking. All questions about the location of the parking lot and other facilities were answered very reluctantly . the only positive thing is the price. I don't recommend it.

Good choices for Breakfast. Metro station yards away from Hotel for connection with Trains and airport bus to Malpensa and Linate airports from Centrale Statione.

Very welcoming staff, super helpful!Room was just perfect for my short stay, spacious bathroom, everything was very clean.Overall very pleasant stay!
