Nothing- False Advertising- lack restaurants- Location NOT SAFE - not safe to walk around the area during the day or evening/night . Maybe walking towards train direction- AVOID Walking towards the church and taken the 90 tram/trolley/street car-

This hotel states Garibaldi Train Station - Miss leading - it take 15-20 walk from the closest train station which Takes 15-20 mins to get to the Garibaldi train station. neighborhood where no restaurant were opened around the hotel. It was so unsafe.

There was no safe. The hotel front desk did not trust the cleaning staff and advised to take valuables with me.

Room was clean. The staff ready to help. The bed blankets needed an extra wash. We slept on top of the blankets. The price was affordable.

The shower glass door too narrow. We were afraid that we may brake it.

The room seems to be newly renovated, the staff was friendly and very good and the room was always clean.

The walls had some minor scraps and weren’t fully done yet, but it didn’t really affect my stay.

Overall our stay was quite pleasant. The room was very clean and tidy. The AC was working perfectly and it kept the room in the perfect temperature the whole day. The stuff was extremely friendly no matter the time.

The bathroom was propably the biggest “problem” for us. It was definitely clean but it was extremely small and the shower door was a bit broken so the floor kept getting wet. Also the bed was a bit short and our legs kept hanging off a bit during the sleep, which wasn’t a really annoying thing but definitely something to mention.

The hotel was a great value for money - room nice, clean and staff was great - helpful and nice.Took a tram to the edge of the city center which was convenient.

We went to a concert in the San Siro stadium. Public transport to the stadium was not so convenient - we took a taxi and it cost around 15-20 euro, which is reasonable.

Location is good if you want to stay somewhere close to the castle otherwise you have to walk or take a metro to the cathedral or navigli area

It does the job. Don’t expect something special. It is absolutely NOT soundproof. You can clearly hear what you next room talk on the phone.

Shower drain didn't work good enough, water was filling shower cabin in 5 minutes. I didn't like the blanket, it wasn't properly tucked, it just was between two sheets.

The staff was very friendly and happy to help. The location is nice, calm neighbourhood. Close to trams to the city centre (25min by train), and the bus to Milano Centrale railway (30min by bus) (both 1 line, no need to change). The room was cleaned every day, with new fresh towels.

Bed is a bit smaller. Shower cabin was loose and couldn't close properly so we had to be careful when showering.

I liked the welcome from the staff and the cleanliness of the room.

Honestly the location of the hotel and the room did not meet my expectations. There was a water leak when I used the sink, the room was cold, there was no money safe box in the room and I had difficulty opening the door with the key.

The stuff is very good, the bed is comfy

It could be cleaner and detergent in the hotel and has extremely strong small, which was a headache inducing

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, room was very nice - spacious and comfortable. Very easy public transport to the city center and from the airport
