B&B HOTEL Milano La Spezia

Friendly staff. Modern hotel.

Location is kinda bland.

Breakfast

No gym, location

The toast at breakfast?!

This was listed as a 4 star hotel, and was a slight step up from a Hostel!! I think enough said...

Clean and modern, very well trained staff. Staff spoke very clear English.

The location seems a bit isolated and not with many options within walking distance in the later part of the night except drinking bars… However I only spent on

Great staff! Surprisingly good breakfast, close to the train station :)

The rooms are convenient, clean and practical. They are not fancy, but it serve their purpose. The bathroom is clean and spacious. There is convenient place for luggage, chairs and small long desk so even two people can use their laptops.

The area is a bit far from everything. Almost nothing around. The first cafe is 5 minutes away, but something more meaningful is 10-15 minutes away. Also major public transportation needs some walking.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Reception staff were friendly. Perfect for our one night stay

Friendly staff and good location. Nice breakfast. Comfortable room.

Somewhat expensive.

Great hotel fot their money! The room and facilities were clean, comfortable and staff were very helpful. Would recommend this place to stay.

The property was clean. The service was amazing. The staff was so helpful. The facilities were accessible. The rooms were clean and functional. Feels like a hotel with more stars.

I loved it all

Everything, location, cleaning and excellent breakfast

Everything, location, cleaning and excellent breakfast

Matteo at the reception was helpful and pleasant even though he was busy.

Specious parking, you can park a camper van if you want to. Location 7min from a metro line, 20min from Duomo overall, 45min on foot, throug the vibrant street, walking will not be boring :). Possibility for takeaway coffee as part of breakfast service. Easy access from a highway. Overall excellent value for money.

The walk-in shower would be a plus for big guys like me :) ... but this is a preference, not a must.

This hotel is truly a gem. On-site parking is available exclusively for guests, it’s a major convenience. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and offer everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the standout feature is the staff. The reception team is exceptionally friendly and made a great impression right from the moment we arrived!

The stay was really nice. The room is a bit old but perfectly fine and was clean. I would like to thank specially Matteo who checked us in. From the first second he was extremely friendly and helped us find our way around the city. He‘s amazing :). Also the second Matteo in the morning super nice and helpful. That‘s how I like to have a reception :)

Very friendly staff, especially Front Office Manager Matteo and the lady (i forgot her name). Clean, comfortable, convinient parking

The staff was very friendly and reliable!! Especially the man at the reception was very nice, also gave us great tips on what to look at in Milano. Very central super parking, good breakfast!! We traveled with dogs.

position, staff and fafacilities.Very good also for EV charging(3 chargers available)

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, since the price isn´t high at all. There were more than enough options for eveveryone´s liking. I really reccommend this hotel to everyone :)
