the hotel is quiet nice clean and cute, minimalist, good breakfast and very good location near metro

no toothbrush, slippers, etc if someone like me forgot to bring and accidentally cant find open stores because it sundays.

Noisy in the morning. On Monday we wake up at 6.00 o'clock because of the garbage facilities in this area.

Absolutely disappointed. Superior room was not as on the pictures. The breakfast was very poor. Room was small and little bit old. Very regent that have not booked Ibis Milano Centro.

Check in, location, front desk staff were all great. While we didn't need to use it, we liked that there was an option to store luggage if needed.

Breakfast was nice--a few more choices would have been ideal but it was still really nice.

A quiet room with easy access to the city amenities. The staff was very helpful, especially with travel arrangements. The full breakfast was fresh with good choices and plenty of coffee!

For the most part, it was clean and well put together. Location was great, near the metro station, & easy to get to from Milan Central station (~18-20min walk).

The shower head was rusted and didn’t work properly. We managed, but the water was coming out from both the rainfall head and the hand held head. And our window wasn’t fully closed, so it was kind of cold throughout the night. We dropped off our bags after check-in and didn’t come back until late, so we weren’t aware of it before. Also, the receptionist who checked us out was rude. After paying the tourist fee, he tossed my credit card on the counter and did the same for the receipt. Spoke to us with blank facial expression & it wasn’t even early in the morning. It was during check-out, at 11am.

The bed was ok.

The room was cold, the employees were impressively impolite, the breakfast is weak with small crowded space. Vaccum aspirator early in the morning.

Hotel very close to the center , metro is close , clean .

Room is very small and the beds were very small .

The heating system was not bad. The reception people were very nice. The breakfast buffet however was not something special but not too bad. The location is not too far from city centre and it is in a safe zone with good access to the public transport.

The property at first glance looks clean but nothing except a bed and table inside the room. The sewage pipes had problems and were smelly.The room didn’t have any noise blocking and you can easily hear what other rooms are talking about.

Staff were nice and cleaning was good.

Breakfast was just a dissappointment. Nothing was fresh and even boiled eggs seemed like a few days old. Croissants or cakes were incredibly stale.

The room was very clean and the bed confortable. The breakfast was really nice as well and the staff was amazing.

We stayed in room 204 and the shower spilled water on the floor every time we showered.

The bathroom feels very modern, hygienic and convenient.

Close to centrale station only 15mins walk..Plenty of cafes and bars around .and cheap coffees at 1 euro for an espresso at Luna storte cafe nearby. Room had fridge and A/C..

Bit noisey at times.

Breakfast was good, coffee taste great.

There was mold in the bathroom. After taking a shower smell was in the whole room and disturbed sleeping.
