terrible cigarette smoke smell in my "non-smoking" room

Newly renovated and clean.

Lack of elevator was a bit problematic but the young man at the desk carried my suitcase up. The room is quite small for two people and there is nowhere to put the suitcases.

It's a simple but nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room was small but very nice, and the beds were very comfortable.The bathroom was brand new and clean.The location was very good, central and close to the metro.Upon entering, they gave us bottles of water and some small things to eat.

I have no negative comments to make

The hotel itself was very pleasant, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival were very nice. The toilet in our room leaked when we arrived, when we spoke to the staff they were helpful and offered us a different room to stay in which we accepted.

The price seemed a lot for what it was. The room was pleasant enough but small and the beds felt very small also, only one pillow was provided. Although there was water and crisps provided, there was no tea or coffee facilities which I would expect for the price paid. We paid £600 for 2 nights in a twin room which you would expect a little more than travel lodge which we did feel was a fair comparison.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional—very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was also a big plus, as it was close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Unfortunately, we arrived during a metro strike, which made our first day a bit challenging, but everything went smoothly the next day, and we really enjoyed our time.A lovely touch was the welcome gift in our room, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great service. Clean rroms and bathroom, excellent service from the owners and staff. We could leave our bags before check inn and anfter check out, , and they did make the room ready for check inn before usual.time.

The staff is so helpful and amazing, also the location of the hotel is so good. Near central station and walking distance to metro and bus stations. As well as a great shopping.

Rooms would be better furnished so to save some space as rooms are a bit small, and also stairs are a bit tiring. so book a room on the ground or first floor.

Its old, the room is really small and the price is really high for that kind of room

Staff were friendly and room was good value for money. Good location near to Milan Central station and Loreto Metro station.

Wifi was a bit intermittent

Very kind and helpful staff; room is not very big, but enough for a couple. Good location, 20 minutes walking distance from the Central Train Station, in a calm area. Nice view to a garden. Staff didn’t speak much English, but it’s a good reason to practice your Italian!

There was an annoying mosquito in the room maybe a mosquito net on the window would be useful in the summer. ;)

When we entered we were welcomed by a lovely gentleman who offered us coffee, gave us water and brought our luggage up to our rooms. The room was modernised, comfortable and very clean. The balcony was the cherry on top for the rooms. The staff were friendly asking us if we want them to clean our rooms and always said hello and goodbye whenever we left and entered the hotel. And when we were leaving they brought down our luggage and gave us 2 water bottles and thanked us for our stay. Incredible time and we were very satisfied. P.S we loved mimi (Their dog aka the best staff member) Thank you guys.

10 mins walk from the Metro. Happy to enjoy the fantastic service of the hotel owners! (cute couples!) They helped us a lot.

It was clean and comfortable. The little details like coffee and water received makes a difference.Location was very close to subways and shops.The restaurant nearby that personnel has suggested was very good for dinners.

The owners were very kind and helpful when delivering their service. The room was nice, especially for short stays. Plus points for the dog at the lobby, so cute and friendly.

Hotel staff is very friendly, kind. Thank them soooo much. They made our trip better. Air conditioning is very good. M1 and M2 metro station is about 4 minutes away. Everwhere is near. Duomo for example.
