Pros +

The fact that it had two separate rooms, one used for the adults and on for the kids. Enough storage space in the wardrobe/ drawers. Ironing equipment. First storey and a working elevator. Safe surroundings. Civilized neighbours. Close-by restaurant.

Cons -

Only one AC, in the living room. Really hot in the bedroom (June, 30C). Old windows, not closing, a lot of noise from the street. Squeaky bad in the living room. Shower needs update. No wardrobe/ drawers in the living room. No bowls, no paper towels.
