Cons -
- I'm not sure if it's the cleaning products or a perfume, but there is a strange smell in the room. It’s not extremely bothersome, but it is noticeable.
- The bathroom is updating
- The space is small, yet enough for 2-3 days stay.

The best location for a fast trip, easy metro access, shops, supermarkets, restaurants. Very close to the train station.

The staff were really friendly! They help me a lot as i have injured leg. Anyone who want to stay here i would recommend its near pharmacy and everything. I would definitely come back to this hotel again❤️❤️❤️
Nothing✨
Mattrace and pillow good
It was too cold in the room and no warm water
Location was fantastic, very central. The staff were very pleasent and helpful. I was extremely warn in the room (summertime) but when I asked the staff for an airconditioner they put one in for me.
The room was very small for the price I paid, 377 EUR. There was no toilet in the room, only a shower and sink, so I had to use the bathroom down the hall. They also did not offer breakfast.
This hotel gives you what you pay for. It isn't fancy but it is clean and the staff are helpful and lovely. They do luggage storage if you have a later flight. It is very close to the metro (Porta Venezia) and lots of shops. It is on the first floor and they have a classic, old lift which does the job perfectly if you have luggage.
There was a smell of drains in my bathroom so I kept the window open to air it.
Great location and staff, fair facilities given the cheap pricing
Facilities werent great, a bit dodgy, the walls had holes and the stuff in general is very old and “very used”
I like your Receptionist Mr. Coir who cooperated with us & guided us to visit the places and provided hot water cattle in our room, which was too essential for us as we usually drink hot water. So I suggest you to provide the water cattle in each room. Thanks.
Provide two glasses with a water bottle in the room for guests.
The hotel is in a good location. On the main street and close to the metro. The staff is friendly. There's a kettle and a microwave.
There's no heating, so it's cold in the winter. No information = should go upstairs
Perfect location in the middle of Porta Venezia. Initially I got a room next to a kind of music rehearsal venue or similar so it was very noisy (I guess during working hours only). I asked for another room and was moved to a very quiet one facing the small backstreet. The staff was very kind and helpful - also when I had issues with the heating. The bed was ok comfy for a short stay as was the rest of the room and the bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower. You get what you see in the pictures, nothing fancy, simply what you would expect from a 1 star hotel.
There was a quite strong and constant smell of some air cleaner product or similar. My clothes even smelled of it when I got home. It was not a problem for me while staying there (for a couple of days), but may be for other people.
Such a cool amall hotel in a great location. Very kind, friendly and welcoming staff. They were really helpful. I like the fact they have 24/7 front desk. Coffee and drinks available to get any time. Comfortable beds.
I would say it’s a bit expensive.
Nice location, relatively cheap (so shouldn't have high expectations),
Bed bugs!! First of all, I got bed bug bites after the first night I stayed there. Also, I got the room with a shared bathroom (which was practically falling apart) and I was told that I was the only one using the bathroom. However, I noticed at least one other person (friend of the receptionist?) using my bathroom. I them removed my stuff from there. Also, layout of the place is a bit strange. Reception in the centre of all of the rooms. And last weird thing is that all rooms have a light switch OUTSIDE of the door.
The location is absolutely amazing. It is on a Main Street full with shops and three metro stations away from the duomo.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Aurora, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I interacted with was polite, attentive, and eager to help. What impressed me most was how quickly the staff responded to my urgent request.
The hotel is located close to the city center and the Duomo cathedral, just a 20-minute walk away, surrounded by many boutiques and restaurants. it is also very close, only 10-15 minutes walk to the central train and bus station. the employees are very pleasant and hospitable, talkative and we got everything we asked for. excellent choice for a stay in Milan
Two rooms were mistakenly booked and the hotel confirmed that it would refund and now they have not
The location is convenient. The central station is 15 min walking and the Metro station is very close
The cleaning needs to be improving. Also the smell from the toilet wa# terrible
24 Hour desk
SHOWERS WERE FULL OF BLACK MOULD. Our shower was broken and we asked for it to be fixed, the staff said they would in the morning as it was too late and their boss “wasn’t answering the phone”. We came back later and the room hadn’t been cleaned and the shower had not been repaired. The front desk staff forgot to pass it on. AVOID - UNCLEAN, MOULDY AND NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY
