    Pros +

    • Beautiful room and great staff
    • Very nice area within few minutes by tram to city centre
    • Great location and great customer service.

    Cons -

    • Paying for parking
    • I left my sport wear at the gym - and nobody find it…
    • The bed and pillows were so hard that I woke up in pain!!! I had booked the hotel for 4 nights and departed after the first night to seek alternative accommodation. I reached out to request a better pillow and it took hours for one to arrive. I reached out ahead of this review and I was told to contact the front office. It's been ~week and no one has responded. So, all around negative experiences.

The lobby and design of the hotel were modern and stylish, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional at check-in. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options, including an omelette station and fresh pastries. The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring Milan and getting around by taxi.

We were upgraded to a nesting suite but weren’t told that the room did not have a shower. The tub released black debris when we tried to use the jets, which was unpleasant. The air conditioning never cooled properly, and the room layout felt awkward with curtains instead of doors for privacy. The lighting was very dim, the bathroom counter space was limited, and overall, the suite was not comfortable for a honeymoon stay.

The price was a bit high

Nice location, new one, very friendly owner ?

The location was good. The staff was very kind

The room was quiet small. The bed was a queen size bed, hard and didn’t have proper comforter covers, the doors were not soundproof and the bathroom was narrow and small and not up to date renovated.

The property has this typical old-but-charming vibe that so many Italian hotels carry. My bed was very comfortable, something I very much value. Breakfast is good, featuring a large variety of foods and a chef preparing eggs on demand. I had dinner once at Sophia, the hotel's restaurant, and the food was lovely. The fitness room, while small, has an excellent machine.

The main thing was that my room had little natural light. The fitness room could do with more handles for the machine, namely a rope handle. Lastly, Sophia could have a larger vegetarian offer; two of the few vegetarian options were incorrectly marked as such (I was lucky to ask about the past stuffing).

Facilities, good size room, good restaurant. Decent location.

Aircon didn’t work very well. I had a backache every morning because of the bed.Hotel parking is charged extra.

the location is decent with public transport nearby

Enterprise Hotel Design & Boutique feels very outdated and in need of remodeling; the beds were hard and overall it felt too expensive for the value.

I loved the restaurant. I didn’t eat anywhere else. I had supper and breakfast in the hotel. Staff was very nice.

Our room had stairs to go to washroom. Not convenient at night.

Comfy room, breakfast was amazing, staff super helpful and nice! Spa was amazing as well!

Only issue is that our shower would leak onto floor and create a puddle.

    Comfortable in all aspects.Easy registration.Good value.Good location.Parking available.

    They oversold the parking.

The only good sides: the tram station is right in front of the hotel, and the breakfast was quite good.

The room was extremely small for two people. Unlike the other rooms, there wasn’t even a coffee table because ours was too small to fit one. There was no view at all—our window looked directly into a narrow gap between buildings. There was no balcony, and we couldn’t even open the curtains because the neighboring building was right in front of us, just a few meters away. The air conditioner couldn’t be turned off, made noise all night, and didn’t even cool the room properly. I honestly feel like we were given the worst room in the hotel. I stayed with my sibling, but there was only one double bed in the room.

The staff were nice and attentive. The hotel is very spacious and well decorated. The room was nice and well stocked with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is also implementing sustainability initiatives which is always nice to see! Breakfast was quite good with enough options.

    - We went in July and the AC was blasting in the common areas - I had to take a little jacket with me for breakfast! Having the AC full blast 24/7 also goes somewhat against the sustainability initiatives they've implemented in other areas. - The breakfast coffee could be better.

The hotel is truly amazing! From the outside, it looks simple, but stepping inside feels like entering a wonderland filled with stunning artwork and unique pieces. It resembles the pictures we saw before our visit. This was my first hotel experience, and they welcomed us with a delightful complimentary treat—ice cream! The interior and architecture are breathtaking. When I asked the staff about it, they mentioned that the owner is an architect, which explains the artistic touches visible in every corner. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. There's a tram just a minute from the hotel that takes you directly to the Duomo and city center for only 2.5 euros. Additionally, there's a Turkish restaurant conveniently located at the corner of the street.I felt very safe during my stay, and the housekeeping was excellent; they arranged the room beautifully. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
