Good value option in a good location close to restaurants, attractions and not too far from the train station to walk.

There was a torrential thunderstorm and despite being on the second level of four or five there was a leak and water on our floor. Staff was responsive enough but didn’t do much, we basically threw towels down ourselves. It was odd as ceiling didn’t leak

It was not made clear to me that the breakfast was not included in the price. The breakfast bar had only a few items, but it was very pricey, at 8 Euros. It was noisy at night with late nighters coming in talking loudly in the hallway. Soundproofing?

Breakfast was chaotic only one coffee machine so lots of queuing in a small space and the Breakfast choice was very limited.

The location of the hotel was very central to everything and the staff were very helpful to all of our requests!

Only half the rooms are renovated so we did not get what we were expecting in terms of aesthetic. The hair drier in the room did not work and neither did the replacement they brought us. The heater was falling off the wall and the room was old and dark.

Recently renovated rooms, perfect location. You can walk almost everywhere from the hotel. Metro stop is only 2 mins. away.

the breakfast was not included for booking through Booking.com -- not clearly stated from booking.com's website, it really sucked

one of the reception wasn’t niceNo welcome or anything. Just waited dir 10 minutes for am nothing.The shambo and body wash was horrible. They way how they give everyone room 1 bad of shambo for each person. Bathroom door wasn’t clean and can’t be closed berfeclyv so after finish shower the water is every where. The only nice thing I would say about this hotel is the location.

There were some people fighting and screaming very loudly next to our room. The telephone in the room does not have an indication of how to call the reception

Location. Was very close to everything I needed. Walking distance to downtown as well. Very safe.

Location, it was clean, and exceptionally friendly staff

It had a very “sterile atmosphere”. There were no extras provided like we received in many other hotels like an in room water kettle for tea or coffee, soap, shampoo, Kleenex, paper slippers, or minibar in the room. The breakfast was only 10 euros but was only worth 10 euros. I would have rather paid the 12-14 euros as in other hotels and had a wider breakfast selection and variety. When you arrive at the hotel be sure request a room that does not have windows that face the front street of the hotel because the next door bar plays very loud music every night until 11pm.

Cheap and clean but tight.

It’s alright, we just need a place to stay for the night to catch our train back home.

Surrounded with restaurants it feels safe to walk everywhere. It’s well located with grocery store, apothecary, & the Metro all easy reach.

Nothing I like, neither the staff or the hotel. They gave me a room not even in the Hotel and when i refuse to take it they refuse to give me my money.

My stay at the hotel was excellent The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back
