- This hotel is very good, very straightforward, no frills and what they do, they do very well. It is clean, secure, in a good location and we'd happily stay here again.
- Simple and clean room with excellent WiFi, enough space for clothes etc. for several days, a mosquito net for the window as well as aircon (which we didn`t need to try in autumn). Nice variety of savoury and sweet items available from the breakfast buffet, which is regularly refilled, plus excellent coffee. Location is perfect for visiting the city centre as well as just getting the feeling of a more quiet neighbourhood in Milan. Various restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets in the area. Tram 12 from Via Mac Mahon/Via P. Eugenio is perfect for Chinatown and the city centre (either contactless payment on board or tickets for lotto shop). Really helpful and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.

- We were only provided with one toilet roll, despite booking for 3 nights! We actually had to request another! The City Tax is high - about 10% of our total stay, which is much higher than anywhere else we stayed (6 other locations).
- We were not used to having a double bed cover (instead of two singles), but we also didn`t request two single bed covers as we were only staying for a few nights.

It was close to the metro and tram station, breakfast was really good
Bathroom is small but good enough
The check-in process was easy, the staff was kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well, the shower had great water pressure, there were slippers and extras of toiletries (shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, razors) and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety of fruit, yogurt, croissants, eggs, pancakes, etc. and coffee machines. There is also an option to buy drinks and snacks from the bar in the back using front desk staff. It's located a short walk from the M5 Cenisio stop and there are several bars and restaurants nearby.
Clean rooms and pleasant staff. The location from nearest metro station was brilliant.
A straight forward hotel. Not the biggest or most luxurious but clean rooms/bathroom. Comfy beds. Excellent wi-fi and Sky Tv. Super breakfast. Cool AC when the outside temp was nearly 40c. Staff always available and helpful. A 10min walk to the metro or closer for a tram stop.
I was shocked, once I entered the hotel , it’s dirty and once I entered my room, I told the I want to leave, aircondition is not working good, bad smell everywhere, drunk people in the area beside the room, it was late night , si ihad to spend the night for my safety but I left early morning and I had a bad argument with the front desk and manager that the hotel is not as described on booking…bad , dirty tiny hotel in a bad area…don’t ever think of going, specially with your family

Although it is rated only 2* the hotel is spotless clean! It has AC, we found toothbrushes in the bathroom and slippers for everyone. I liked that the reservation included towls and toiletries, because i personlly find it annoying when these are not offered in the reservation. As i said, spotless clean! The hotel is within walking distance to metro and tram stations, which lead to the city center. The area is quiet, we could rest. Breakfast was also ok, continental buffet, we had options, coffee was also good !The hotel has a closed parking behind the building, which we booked. We believed the car to be safer there than on the street. All in all, very good experience, i would go again.
I wouldn’t stay here again if someone paid me to. Avoid at all costs.
This was possibly the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 20 years of traveling. I’ve paid one tenth of the price for this room and had a far better experience. The rooms are not as advertised online and are much smaller and didn’t feel clean. The mattress and pillows were unbearably firm. They don’t let you inside the hotel, even as a paying guest, until you knock on the front door and hope someone answers. The hotel was truly so bad that despite booking a non-refundable stay at the Bogart, we left before even spending one night there and for the same price went to the NH Collection City Life Milano, which was immeasurably superior in every respect.
Cozy, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, clean
Little bit small room

Room was a perfect size, comfortable bed, and the bathroom was decently sized with a nice shower and hot water on demand (not always the case!). Favourite part was the breakfast, a small variety of everything you could want served in a lovely little room (with tv), and excellent coffee made by a member of staff on demand. Highly recommend.
Immediate location doesn't have too much (restaurants, bars, shops, etc), but there is a Carrefour supermarket about 5-10 minute walk away, and a Metro station about 10-15 min walk away.
The room was Clean, there is a cute garden for you coffee.. the people who work there or the owners, idk, were very friendly and kind..
Noisy neighbourhood, but with closed windows is ok...
Room was very clean and great, had everything we needed. The hotel had a lovely feel to it. Compared to almost everywhere else in Milan the price was very reasonable and the staff friendly. Easy access to the city centre without being in the busiest area. Several good and authentic local pizza places nearby too!
The staff are lovely and the hotel is very comfortable.
The location is sometimes a bit of a pain to get to the city centre but besides this point everything else is perfect.
The host was very friendly and eager to help with everything. The location was suitable for us (not too close to the city center and easily accessible with public transportation).Breakfast was good with adequate varieties.
It’s clean and close to transport and restaurant
The bed is not comfortable at all. I did left with back pain . I did complain, but I was told , there is nothing they can do.

The staff was very gently and the room very clean. Also, very comfortable bed and pillows.
Too little daylight in the room.
