Breakfast and location

After checking out, We left our bags at their bags deposit, as we had a tour that day (nice from them to have that service) Unfortunately, I left my back pack with my jewelry bag in it, which was stolen. I realized it after leaving the hotel!

Fantastic location with the metro and lots of good restaurants within a stone¿s throw. Lovely and clean. Peaceful with great breakfast.

There is nothing but good to say about this place.

Convenience to train station and restaurants

Room face the main street nosy with the street car. Breakfast bacon, sausage and scramble egg are cold. Tv has no BBC or CNN news channels

Breakfast was fine: what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel in Milan

There was noise of the house keepers. Not their fault. just the location of where they keep their materials and the thickness of the walls.

Comfortable hotel in a good location close to Milan Centrale station and metro. Breakfast was good.

The bedroom was hot and it was hard to cool it down. It would have been nice if there was a way of getting a coffee during the day. Once breakfast has finished, there’s no more possibility of food or coffee.

Location is very good - close to the train station and tram/bus stops. The room was okay, nothing special. Staff at the breakfast place was nice and helpful, especially one older gentleman.

Shower cabin is small. But the worst was the receptionist middle-aged lady, who seemed like she hated tourists. She was super friendly and polite with Italian guests only but not us. It’s very rude, sad and pathetic. She was acting weird at our checkout process as if we owed her something. Please teach your staff to treat all guests equally and nice.This hotel is definitely not a 4 star but barely 3 stars just for the quality of beds and location. Food at breakfast was same every day.

Nicely decorated and comfortable hotel with a pretty good breakfast. It’s also very close to the train station

Breakfast was splendidLocation: Close proximity to the railway station and also to get an airport shuttle to MXP airport

The thermostat was a show piece on the wall: It DID NOT work! The room was unbearably warm that we had to keep the windows open all the time rain or not!NOISEY street. The tram ran till 12 midnight and resumed back at 5 AM. It was very difficult to fall asleep with windows open.

Very nice and polite stuff, bar on terrace, rustic style indoor and specially the room service, I mean the cleaners. They make my room perfectly clean and tidy every day.

Room was beautiful and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was terrific with many food options available. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
