Kleos Hotel Milano Città Studi by Kleos Group Collection

Keeps was a great home-base during the Olympics. We were 30 mins by Metro and tram to SantaGuilia Ice Arena, 15 min Metro rides to Linate Airport and the Duomo. The staff was very friendly. The room was large by Euro-standards (we’ve been in some small rooms)!

The only down side was the pillow was a little flat for me, but the staff added one to our room as soon as we asked.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Modern boutique hotel with impressive decor. Good size room with addition of tea/coffee making facilities (very important to us.) Several good restaurants, bars, mini marts close by and trams only a 5 min walk away.

We felt that the photos are a bit misleading. Didn’t feel great due to the location which was very out of the main streets and quiet.

The location was not great and it was in some residential area.

Everything was to my expectation.

The room was very cold as the heating system was off, they first offered us a small heating fan, then they sneak into our room and took it after we left the hotel for two hours. This was not acceptable at all.

Location is ok .

I stayed for two nights and was very disappointed with my experience. There was no air conditioning, and the room was freezing cold throughout my stay, This made it extremely uncomfortable and affected my sleep. Basic room comfort was lacking, which I did not expect. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay, and I would not recommend this place unless these issues are properly addressed.

All of the staff members were so kind. Special thanks to reception and breakfast team who took care of us during our stay. Property is clean and breakfast is nice. Location is calm and quiet but close to a metro station.

Room was very small, ac is not very strong and not at all soundproof.

I don't recommend this accommodation in winter time: the air conditioning didn't work in the hotel, the temperature outside around zero, imagine how cold it was in the room. The staff only provided blankets and promised the problem be solved the next day. No progress, again only promise to provide electric heater... which didn't arrive in the room finally, so another freezing night... Never again. Narrow bed, small room, breakfast could be better.

Nicely renovated room. The room itself and the bathroom seemed quite new. Spacious room for two people. Plenty of space for luggage.

A bit poor ventilation in the bathroom, and it’s quite noisy between the rooms.

Modern building, clean reception area, good bathroom facilities. Close to Milano Centrale station.

Small rooms, not similar like the pictures depicted when booking at all. A lot of noise on a night of the lift and banging outside. Small bed which was rather hard and uncomfortable. Area surrounding the hotel very dark and felt almost unsafe especially at night and early morning.

The room was veery small and you could literally hear your neighbour snoring. It really is not worth the money you're paying for it.

I liked location, breakfast and cleanliness in the room. Nice and clean bathroom.

Very cold room. Very cold bathroom. Reaction of the staff - “some rooms have problems with heating”….. So, why you give such room? Looking at the number of people in breakfast, hotel was not full.Another minus - unlined blanket!!!!
