I know it was a cheap hotel, but quite low even for the 2 star rating. The rooms are big, but could be a bit cleaner (throw away wrecked bed sheet, even if they might be washed and clean) and need few adjustments, like closing the bathroom door smoothier, cleaning the bathroom vent, changing the toilet seat. Overall, I would give it a 7/8 out of 10, regarding the price and expectations. The location is awsome.
Its cheap and breakfast included
No hair dryer,no heater, the room key is very hard to use, the bathroom is too narrow, no elevator
The location is nice
It’s very cold in the room and the floor is also cold, you can’t walk without shoes, AC works very loudly so it’s hard to sleep with this noise We stayed 2 nights, but the room wasn’t cleanedAlso we wanted double bed but instead got 3 beds, 2 of them were moved together to make it one big bed, but the thing is that they were different levelA normal blanket was also missing, we had some sort of cover but that was not warm enough and also itchy
I really appreciated the quiet, a good room with a nice bathroom.
It was really cold. I asked the staff for an extra duvet, but they said they didn’t have any, which wasn’t great. One of the staff members was watching a lot of Arabic films and didn’t respond well to polite requests, like asking for tea or something else.He was very focused on the films.
Location. Clean space
Bed absolutely uncomfortable, like sleeping in the floor and the room was cold
The location was good and as described easy to access the Metro
Bathroom was dirty, and there was always water on the floor that appeared to come from the walls. Toilet only just worked. The windows were rotten and the heating left a lot to be desired and was very noisy The room was always cold. Rooms are definitely not sound proofed unfortunately I could hear the couple next door all night ! Which was annoying and very offensive. You don’t want room 16 trust me. Breakfast was ok, very minimal but to be expected for the price
very cheap, nice breakfast
was not clear if it was possible to come back after midnight
The room was clean. The staff was friendly. It was a nice place to stay. The location was fine.
A small hotel within walking distance from the metro. Friendly and helpful, but a little melancholic staff. Light and not very varied breakfast - enough for a snack. Enough for a budget overnight stay.
Nothing was good n price
No one cleaned our room,we were there 4 days
Location and cost
Small and dark, TV unusable. Also the city tax was unclear. My receipt said that the city tax was included in the total prepaid bill but the hotel insisted it was not and so I paid the tax with cash. However I also noted that an early email from booking.com said we may be asked by the hotel to pay the additional city tax. So not clear.
Convenient location and quiet area. There was a fairly large room and good internet connection. The hotel has a modest but tasty breakfast.I would like to thank the staff who found our forgotten item and returned it to us.
Decent breakfast.OK hotel if you only want to sleep one night.
Uncomfortable bed. Inflexible and unfriendly staff.Noise from the hallway wakes you up in the room.Breakfast starts 8, at the best. Not possible to get breakfast earlier.
The hotel has a great location, which likely attracts many guests, I chose this it because it was one of the few offering late check-in after 22:00. Upon checking in around 23:00 I was given a room on the first floor by the stairs and where my experience began.
Leaving a bad review, as I feel it's necessary to warn other travellers. I did not feel safe, and I was disrespected by the staff. The room failed to meet basic standards.Within an hour of arrival (11pm), I encountered several issues: the door lock was broken from the inside, making it difficult to secure the room, and the air conditioning panel was non-functional, leaving the room stuck at an uncomfortable 26 degrees C during the hot season. The receptionist, a new employee, also struggled with the door, which had an outdated, wardrobe-style lock that caused the key to get stuck after insertion, making it impossible to turn. When he attempted to fix the air conditioning, it ended up being completely switched off, and I had no way to turn it back on. I asked if I could change rooms, but I was informed there were no other options available. He mentioned that the hotel receives many complaints, but the owners don’t care because it’s only a two-star establishment. The following day, as advised, I asked the personel for assistance with these issues, only to be met with hostility. He was irritated and clearly reluctant to help me with closing the door when I was trying to leave the hotel. When I explained that I couldn’t sleep without proper air conditioning and that comfort levels vary from person to person, he dismissively replied, "THAT'S NONE OF HIS BUSINESS" called me a "LIAR," and walked away. This left me feeling unsafe and unwelcome. I was so concerned about the security of my belongings that I decided to carry all my valuables with me throughout the day. Additionally, I faced few other issues with the room i.e The balcony door wouldn’t close properly due to its poor condition—it was so old it was barely holding together—leaving me feeling exposed allowing bugs to enter the floor .
Close to metro station and centre.Bedroom was clean.Air conditioning.Friendly stuff - borrowed us cutlery when we needed itAll you vám eat bufet breakfast.
Poor food selection - cereals, yoghurt, toast or croissant (if you want croissant I recommed to come in the beginning of breakfast).Broken shower door and not so clean.ANTS - we left a sweet pastry on the floor next to the bed (wrapped) and in the morning, there was an army of ants, luckily it was our last day.
The location is the only good thing about this hotel
The room is too old, not clean at all, the electric sockets are not working, the bathroom is too small and not clean, it contains fungi everywhere, not recommended at all
We left AirPods expensive once and we retuned to get them and they kept it for us which was nice and cofee was great
Toilet could be more modern but for price I can’t complain
