Hotel Sanpi is a Boutique Hotel with 82 rooms, many of the rooms different from each others. - The room was clean and spacious with a very large bathroom. The employees were friendly. It is in a good location, 15 min walk from the central train station and 15 min from the main shopping district and the Duomo. There are some good restaurants nearby.

Cons -
- The AC in our room was not strong. The front of the hotel faces a street with some bars and we heard noise until 2 am. Loud fireworks exploded in the street at midnight. We may have enjoyed our stay more if our room didn't face the front of the hotel.
- Flimsy plumbing and some leftover hair in the bathroom. No TV in English. Pretty basic breakfast.
- Some of the staff were rude and the hotel was 3 star quality compared to other Italian 4 stars I have stayed at

Conviniently located, friendly and helpful staff, nice pastries for breakfast.

Great location! So many restaurants and bars nearby. Very near to the metro station and plenty of shops and conveniences! The morning breakfast is also very nice with many options.
The bathroom in the room had a clogged shower drain and we needed to clean it out so we could use shower properly.
