    • Very professional staff. Kind and helpful in every contact.

    Cons -

    • It was early October and the hotel had not switched over to central heating yet.
    • This is far from a 4-star hotel it was labelled. It's a small hotel. The photos project a misleading image of the real situation. The room is quite small. The queen bed is made from 2 twin beds, not a real queen mattress at all. Staff is not friendly
    • Hardly 4 stars but clean and decent.

Bed was good size and bathroom was good, double sink and and large shower.Good breakfast selection.Great location, handy for shops/restaurants/tramStaff on reception and at breakfast, friendly and helpful

Room was a bit small, a bit cramped getting around the bed and opening the door into bathroom.

    Location. Staff.

Rooms appeared larger online. Room size was extremely small.

The room was comfortable for a short break, and also very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Location-wise, it was a long walk (40 min) from the central train station, but this was easily reached by the no. 9 tram. The Duomo was a 30 min walk or a short tram ride away. There were plenty of restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance

Charming, old-style hotel. I believe it is family-owned, and you get that feeling of personal touch and coziness. Great breakfast, more on the sweet than savory side. I found the pillows exceptionally comfortable, at least for my preference. In short - if you are looking for something different other than standard chain hotels - highly recommend.

Someone was banging on my door a lot on the last day? Even with a "do not disturb" sign. Not sure if it was a member of staff or a random person, but didn't add to the comfort level

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming all of them. A special mention to Vincentio (hope i mention his name correctly) who served us breakfast at the restaurant. He was so kind, friendly, and made our mornings even better

Great location, clean rooms and decent breakfast

    9YodgorPosted on: 12-28-2025

Staff and breakfast were fine. No other comments.

The sinks should be checked. Water is not flushing smoothly

    9KaylenePosted on: 12-21-2025

Great location, easy walk to the trams that pretty much can get most places around the city, the staff were lovely, especially the young gentleman on the night shift, he was more than happy to go out of his way to help you.

Very hot, centralised heating and the room was very hot and unable to change in room, bathroom is tiny in the room we had so if you have any sort of movement issues it could be an issue

Hot rooms. Air con didn’t work

    5KymPosted on: 12-13-2025

Good breakfast, location was ok, a bit of a walk to get to the main sites such as the Duomo and the Last Supper.

The bathroom was very small to the point it was uncomfortable.

    10TomasPosted on: 12-13-2025

Helpful staff, good breakfast, definitively not overcrowded - a great benefit for me, although might be given by the year season. Interesting interior.

I was considering a room upgrade, but actually the smaller dud just well.

    10MichellePosted on: 12-8-2025

Hotel Vittoria has the best (gourmet) buffet breakfast. The best selection we have had in a very long time. The staff were very hospitable. Alberto was so informative, we appreciate your knowledge.

    Leaky toilet noise

    4HammamiPosted on: 12-5-2025

The place is very homey and cosy overall.

No hot water in the shower. Room was tiny. Crazy hot room from a centralised heating system that apparently cannot be calmed down. I was boiling all night. Also felt a bit medieval tbh
