The location and room heaters.

The elevators are slow and there are only 2 and 1 of them is out of service!The hotel room is very small and tight, not comfortable, the balcony leaking water inside the room.

The central location was perfect for our 2 night stay in Milan.We could easily walk to the Duomo and main shopping streets.The elevator was a bonus to get our luggage to the room.The room itself was very small But perfectly adequate for a brief stay.It was spotlessly clean, bed linen was excellent quality.Breakfast was all delicious, with a very wide variety of foods and friendly, helpful staff.We ate dinner each night at the fabulous restaurant right next door to the hotel, where the food and service was exceptional.On arrival at the hotel, our welcome from the front desk manager was very cold and ordinary, but the next day there was a much friendlier manager on duty, and on our second day, the initial manager was more helpful and friendly.Despite the initial bad greeting, we would still recommend this hotel for all of the other reasons given above.

Perfect location, nice staff, clean and tidy.

Lifts are tiny, noisy room due to outside noise from trams.

10 minutes away from Duomo. Nice clean room. Great breakfast selection. Personable staff - really made me feel welcomed and even they took care of my belongings after check out and I had a few hours to explore Milan.

The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. The location was close to the center of the city and places of interest. Breakfast was fabulous!

What a beautiful little hotel in the most perfect position for sightseeing. Rooms although not huge are modern and bright with great bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds.Good breakfast and a small but friendly bar for evening drinks.The staff are so helpful and friendly.

The breakfast spread was good. The room is smaller compared to what was shown in the pictures, but it is generally clean. The staff are also very friendly.

The location is amazing and the views, if you stay in a higher floor, are really nice. Staff is nice overall with one exception, but it’s a minor thing.Nice firm mattress and pillows

Not that clean, a lot of places with dust and joints in furniture, specially in the bathroom, not looking that cleanThe elevators had some scratched, not working screens. Some buttons didn’t work properly. Quite an impression for a crucial equipmentThe building is very narrow and leads to rooms like mine which was very small.The shower is very cramped, it’s difficult to move inside it and the water pressure is non existentThe breakfast selection is very basic and the quality is not up to par as well.

A bit noisy from the trams

Without a doubt this was our best accomodation in the whole of Europe. From the moment we arrived we felt very special. Although we aren’t rock stars, we felt that way. The bed was very comfortable, heated tiles and a double rain shower made it even more pleasant. 10/10
