Parking is outside and very very expensive Breakfast room is very chaotic

Great location, modern rooms, and very helpful staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

Very good location and facilities

Quite expensive for what’s offered. It’s a four star hotel and they don’t even restock the two coffee capsules for the coffee machine once you use them, and neither do they when you ask them through their app room service.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Very important when walking all day touring Europe. The bathroom was spacious. Great for getting ready. Aesthetically pleasing room and hotel design. Wonderful staff that made special accommodations for my birthday celebration! Thank you for making me feel special.

I was given an upgrade and had breakfast in the VIP room; very helpful and nice staff, seems to know well what hotel service is

The location is amazing. I would highly reccomend to get a breakfast as well - great choice with a lot of italian pastry :) We also brought our dog and when we came to our room there were things for her waiting there - bed, dog food, dog snacks, a toy and poop bags. The rooms are modern and clean.

The location is really good, next to republica station. The hotel is cosy and nice. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable.

While we enjoyed the drink at the lobby bar, the restaurant was a big disappointment. We booked for dinner and the food was literally super bad. The wagyu steak was disastrous and the worst I ever had in my life, and it was prices at 42 euros!

The hotel had a toxic perfume smell everywhere, lobby, bar as well as bedroom air conditioning. Very disturbing and above all dangerous for ones health!

Clean, modern, great friendly staff. The bar prices were good and excellent breakfast.

Had to ask for clean sheets on day 3. Was then advised they should be changed daily. Did not spoil our stay.

A lovely hotel when you first enter, looks nice from the outside and lobby is nice.

A housekeeper entered our room on a Saturday morning at 9am whilst we were asleep, this was very frightening for us as we were so confused why someone just came in with no good reason, we had no sign outside our door to do our room up etc. Our checkout was scheduled for 12pm so no need for anyone to enter our room. We only got an apology on our third call down to reception and still unaware of what had been done to resolve this issue or why the lady came into our rooms. Bathroom smelt of sewage and room was a lot smaller than pictures indicated. Not worth the money in my opinion, it was a around 30 min walk from central milan which you will be stuck doing as there are often tube strikes. Called 4 times to reception before they sent someone two hours later with basic amenities.
