Sheraton Milan San Siro

SPA area was great. Hotel was clean, very good two restaurants.

Location is not the best if you travel for holiday. Short stay is OK.

The hotel was modern and comfortable. Restaurant and bar were excellent and the staff were polite and very helpful.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Hotel is perfect for business trip and meetings around. It is very close to the highway and 30 minutes away from Malpensa airport which is usefull. Breakfast is great as well the staff

Hotel is a little bit remote from the city centre and getting uber was not so easy. It takes too long to drive to downtown Milano which makes it not the best choice if you are visiting as tourist

The spa was unavailable during...

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.We chose this hotel mainly because it was advertised as having a spa. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the spa was closed during our stay. This was not clearly explained at the time of booking, nor was it properly explained to us at the reception.In addition, the reception staff were not very friendly or empathetic. Communication was poor, and we did not feel that they tried to understand our disappointment or provide a clear explanation or solution regarding the spa situation.Overall, the lack of transparency about the spa availability and the unhelpful attitude at the front desk negatively affected our stay.

Comfortable beds. Very nice atmosphere. Close to San Siro Stadium

Spa was out of service. Staff on reception has informed first wenn I arrived at hotel without change the price for accommodation or some upgrade.Hotel has parking but muss be pay separately.

First impression was the beautiful smell in the reception, reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, bed was a little hard for my liking but i still got a good nights sleep. Restaurant and bar staff were so lovely. Walking distance to San siro stadium was so much quicker than getting public transport, into city. Shuttle service into centre of city was a bonus. It cost 25€ (including tip) for taxi back to hotel. I felt safe and content in hotel, being a single parent going to San Siro stadium for a game, it put my mind at easy when I arrived.

I love chips(fries) and there was none of the menu. Its more a preference than a not like

Hospitality, staff are very helpful and cleanliness

Breakfast is good but everyday is the same thing no change at all. I stayed for four days so it’s kind of boring

The bed was big and the room clean and comfortable. The hotel is well kept and the parking is very convenient

Half of the spa facilities were not working, the hotel restaurant is expensive and the food rather mediocre

It is a great place to enjoy Milan.

It is a bit away from the city center, but close to the stadium and away from the crowds.

Everything. The staff were helpful, room comfortable, good gym. Two restaurants on site: an excellent Argentinian restaurant and a very good Italian. Brilliant service. Inside breakfast buffet was a bit cramped but the choice and quality was very good. Would definitely stay again. Recommended.

Comfy bed and celan rooms

Our key didn't work. Had to go down twice to the reception and call one more from the phone near the elevator until someone from the reception came up (20 minutes after breakfast until we could enter the room), did not receive a receipt yet via email, parking spaces are narrow and most people will scratch your car because its normal in italy...

We liked the location, staff,cleanliness,beds are comfortable every thing

The hotel is big well maintained rooms and the lifts are fast for such a huge hotel

Bags inside the room last time and this time The breakfast was below the average all juices were not fresh The eggs were overcooked not only us even other tables didn’t eat them Very limited options and the quality don’t even suits the hotel prices We ate a dinner too , that we didn’t like you might need to find new chef

Amazing hotel, lovely staff and the hotel were brilliant as it was my sons 16th birthday, we had balloons chocolates and a nice birthday message. The Halloween section of the breakfast was amazing

The staff made the hotel so much more amazing. I was anxious as I took my 1.5 yr old son with me on holiday for the first time. The staff were so amazing and lovely and they actually made the stay so much more amazing! Everyone catered to my son and they were so accommodating.

Cannot fault this place at all

Booked Sheraton San Siro hotel because I was watching football game at the stadium that is 10 minutes away from the hotel. My room was super clean, bed was so wide and big, very comfortable and maybe the best ever. Hotel staff was very polite, talking best English I ever experienced in Italian hotels. Breakfast was also one of the best ever, so many different choices and options, 10/10

I don't have anything that I didn't like about my stay.

This hotels a shame to...

The property was a mess from the start to the end, the room had bugs , the shower was broken it was either freezing water or boiling hotel burned my skin . I asked for a iron they said 5 minutes came in 45 mins and i was later to my business meeting. We put the jewellery box at the bottom of the suitcase, when we came back to the room and the box had moved on top of the suitcase.

The pool, large room, very spacious. Comfortable bed.

Hotel was seriously busy with a conference, people everywhere, on driveway, entrance, taking all the seats in the restaurant. Was quite intimidating arriving to this. A heads up would have been nice so expectations were met.
