Close proximity to the airport

Even though location States in a city centre, it’s very industrial area bars, restaurants,ect very sparse.

Amazing, clean and nice. Breakfast is highly recommended! The guys at the reception were awesome.

Stuff are helpful,the district is vibrant Near from old town and special restaurants are there.

No comment for me. May be no supermarket nearby.

The friendly staff who were always able to assist. The cleanliness of the room, hallways, lobby and building in general. Good choice of food at the buffet breakfast. Which also had staff that were willing to go above and beyond for you.

There were a couple of issues that put a dampener on our stay. The main one being the door of the room. While it did lock, it never seemed very secure and could still be moved when locked. Also, because the door didn’t have a good seal, light from the hallway would shine on through around the gaps of the door. Not the best when you’re tying to get a good nights sleep. Another thing would be the sound proofing of the room. I understand the slamming of doors by other customers can’t be helped, but when the person in the room sneezes, coughs, talks and it’s as loud as if the person was lying in bed next to you. I don’t expect complete silence and understand that noise will be around a busy hotel. But the walls must be paper thin. Apart from that, the room was perfect.

The woman that clean my room did a very good job and was. Quite friendly

Every thing at breakfast were. Cold coffee. Things to eat. Eggs , scrambled eggs etc.. milk .. all the people that served were in a hurry all the time but they were friendly as in general Italians are, there were no shampoo. No conditioner and no glass for water I asked but they say no possible and by the price I dhouldudtsy in a better location

Location and comfortable beds

Very good.

The only single issue would be the noise in the room; the windows don’t keep the street noise out overly well (we were 7 floors up) and the heating clicking in and out was quite loud.

Close to Milan central station

The smell from the bathroom, like bleach or something idk, if bathroom door left open you can smell it in your bed, and the door for the shower area can’t be fully closed so water might leak out abit

We did not mind walking so location was great. Not too far from Milano Centrale Station (about 20 minutes) and the Duomo (about 30 minutes). It is next to the tram tracks so don't expect absolute quiet. It didn't bother us but it might to those that are light sleepers. Breakfast was great too. They have a very good variety of choices. We were very satisfied.

The breakfast was excellent. The room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and warm. The staff were all very helpful.

The shower was good but complicated to set the temperature. The pillows were a bit stiff. The noise from the trams during the night was slightly disturbing.

Hotel was central enough to be walking distance to the metro and other attractions.The staff were all super friendly and nice. Gave us good recommendations for breakfast as well as for dinner when the restaurant we wanted to go was closed for christmas

Nice for what you pay. Great breakfast, comfy bed and nice bathroom, clean.

Take ear plugs as it’s very noisy with the outside traffic and tram.

Comfortable room, kind staff, clean property, a good breakfast, well located.

The reception staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable.

The attitude of some of the staff during breakfast. It was as if we were a burden and they were annoyed whenever we asked for assistance - to the point that we found it quite rude.

Location, staff and the facility

It’s very close to the tram track so we could hear the tram very well from the room. It can be troublesome if you’re a slight sleeper
