No ice. A couple ladies in front desk were very helpful, but other two seems they are in the wrong career. Coffee machine does not work. I asked to housekeeping guy, and he says call front desk. Housekeeping sup. Very rude.The worst part was wifi no wor

Spacious room, decent AC.

No extra pillows or blankets available. The entire hotel was little worn out.

The staff was excellent

I didn't like the location much, a little too far from the city center. but I expected that.

Hotel is refusing to refund, even though their room description was inaccurate and we didn't stay.

nice and old hotel

the rooms need to be refurbished. could not sleep until late in the night because the tram was passing every 15 minutes right im front of my window.

THe breakfast was poor and lacking options. Quality of offod wasn´t great.

Not the best at all

When we first checked in, the room we were given had a strong smell of cigarettes. We asked to change rooms, and the hotel manager kindly moved us to a better, larger room that was clean and free of any odor.However, at check-out, we were surprised to be asked to pay an additional fee for the room change. This extra charge was not mentioned to us at the time of the switch, and we only agreed to move because the original room was not in acceptable condition. In the end, we paid the extra amount, but it felt unfair given the circumstances.

It misrepresents it self, no parking, no food at the bar, no aircon, unhelpful staff..

beautiful historic building, clean, good walking distance to MiCo, good breakfast, good distance for tram to city center

Central location, decent hotel, good value for money, with friendly staff

The hotel style is very nice, the room is huge and quiet. The staff is also very nice! The hotel is a biz far from the center and difficult to reach when there is big traffic (which happens often in Milan).

Location, room was comfortable and clean.

Noisy bathroom, probably it was the boiler. This noise was more evident during the night since no other sources of noise

The staff was really nice

The BED! When I booked this room and paid, it showed a beautiful picture of a double bed. When I arrived in the room, there were actually two single mattresses, put together on what was meant to be the support for a double mattress. This is deception. Moreover, do you know what happens when you sleep on something like that??? You end up in between those mattresses. Horrible!

The buffet breakfast was excellent. A wide spread of choices.The staff were pleasant and helpful.The room was comfortable and the lighting & lamps in the room were just right :)
