Santa Barbara Hotel

The hotel is very nice, rooms big enough. The restaurant's menu and staff were exceptional. Very close to Linate airport and public transportation.

The room was very cold. You can put the temperature up. However, the heating system is quite nosy to have it run all night. The reception team was great, providing an extra duvet.

High quality hotel in San Donato, convenient for business if you are on business trip and your company is next by. Rooms are spacious and clean, good bathroom. Facilities have parking restaurant and gym.

I liked the room in general. Comfortable, clean and the staff were very attentive.

The temperature of the building. Even though I turned the thermostat off the room temperature remained high. The staff acknowledged this when I communicated it and made a note. They said it’s the automatic heating for the building.

Room were spacious n bed was comfy..... AC working on good temperature, bathroom was clean and big enough for family with kids.

breakfast has less kids friendly options. Would be nice if psn cakes or cakes range is available.

Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. Amenities include slippers which were nice to have and cultural highlights in the form of a night booklet. The area outside has a party place and once the windows are closed, they shut all the noise outside.

The shower cabins are a bit limiting for guests that wear a plus size. The carpeted floor is thick: while it is nice for insulation, it also makes for a less fun experience for those with a tendency to allergies.

We had a family room. The second bed is horrible. You can not pretend that is a bed (room 308).The breakfast box was disappointing. Water, juice, crackers with marmelade, apple and some liquid breakfast substance.

Spacious family room with A/C (took a bit of time to figure out how to use it). Very nice buffet breakfast available.

I loved the mattress and slept very well- partner found it too firm. Can’t please everyone ;)

The girl name Beatrice have no respect to the clients! And we didn't sleep well because the air-conditioningis broken !!

Room was comfortable, excellent bed and bathroom offered sufficient comfort. Great breakfast, good start before we continued our journey. We were happy to find out that the hotel has a private and closed-off car park at the back (at a small fee).

It has been about 15 years since I have had wifi this slow at a hotel. It made working almost impossible.

Good location, High ceilings and bright room. Room facilities were good.

Quite dated interior. Rooms were very hot I didn’t sleep well for the whole time I was there AC seemed non existent. Breakfast staff were lovely however I found the front of house staff unhelpful.
