Spacious room for Italian standard. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Love the comfy of room and spotless clean toilet.

The breakfast can be improved a lot. Quality of hot meal is very average. I do expect that beautiful aroma of Italian coffee too. The bread choices are good though.

Very nice staff. Rooms were basic, but clean. Close to a tram stop.

It's a little out of the way unless you have business in that area.

The hotel was clean, neat, the staff was friendly. I really appreciated that a receptionist called for a taxi after 4 hours of check out. I travelled with a small child to participate in a competition and was late for the train. The receptionist literally saved us.

Nice quiet place with restaurant, where you can eat not only at the morning, but also in other parts of day. Service was good.

Front desk was amazing. I made a mistake with days and had a non refundable option. They were able to switch days for me, but I was lucky since it filled up after that. We arrived at 12 and they checked and the room was available. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom spacious with towel warmers etc. breakfast was great. Very easy to take Tram to Duoma . It is right in front of the hotel. And driving to airport was so easy from this location

Room was a little warm but you could open windows. Walls are a little thin. But it was fine at night

The rooms were great. The breakfast and staff were great. We had to order a taxi really early in the morning and the front desk literally had a taxi button where they would be able to get one to the hotel in 2-3 minutes at 4am.

Filtered plain water was not available outside of breakfast hours. It would have been nice if the machines that don't require active staff would be low-key available throughout the day.

Staff were very welcoming and everywhere was clean. Good, quite spacious bedroom. Convenient No.14 tram stop opposite the front entrance

Breakfast was a little disappointing - mainly due to an absence of fresh fruit in my view. The service was a little under par at the evening restaurant. The hotel is rather far from other local amenities.

Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Very nice breakfast. Location is good.

I booked this hotel for me and a mate to go see Bruce Springsteen in Milan. When we arrived, the staff could not be any more helpful! The food was absolutely excellent, all the staff, and I mean all were superb and a credit to the Hotel. The rooms were as clean as a whistle, and the bar, and barman were superb hosts. The hotel is near to everything in Milan. I will be back again.

Bad and poor breakfast No water in room

The location is superb. It is close to the no traffic center of Milan with the Duomo, very accessible, the rooms are absolutely wonderful, the facility is wonderful, the breakfasts are wonderful, the staff is wonderful, and the rates for what you get are more than reasonable. I was riding a motorcycle and messaged them about parking and they responded immediately. They have a wonderful parking facility that is electronically guarded that is right on the premises. While you were staying, they send you messages asking if everything is OK. And asking for any suggestions to make this stay even better. There is no reason to stay in any other hotel in Milano.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The food was okay. There is a nice range of food. But the restaurant staff was great.

The receptionists are extreamly rude. We had an early flight which we told them ahead of time and were notified that we couldnt get in the room so early since check in is at 2pm. we understand that we can not ask to be put in a room that is not ready or has people in it, but we were told to sit outside on the grass until it was time because of "security reasons" This wouldnt be so awful is we hadnt arived at 2am and they already took our luggage. Once it was time to check in the receptionist was very rude and it wasnt the last time we had a bad interaction is them. Any time we asked a simple question we were met with rude looks and short unhelpful responces. We asked for more bathroom amenities since they only gave us enough for onw and there were three of us girls and we did not recieve any. For breakfast, they were not vegan friendly at all. If ur vegan or vegetatarian, all you can eat is cereal with soya/almond milk or salad? Also quite tricky for us to navigate to other places that arent walking distance but if ur familiar with navigating italy then ur fine. Over all they worst part was how unhelpful and rude the reception was, made us never want to come back.
