Hotel Mozart

The bar was open till 11:30 with a very friendly bar tender. There was a big TV with people watching the Olympics so it felt homey. The bathroom was separated with a real door! Strong shower. Beds were clean and comfy. Neighborhood had local bars, resturaunts, cafes,fruit store, beauty salons, bakery- felt Italian not touristy.

We were given a room that smelled so bad I was ready to cry and leave even losing my money. Lucky they changed us to a nice room. Also when I selected my room it said breakfast included but my official booking left it out I discovered.

Room - you can clear clearly your neighbours. The sound isolation is inexistent. And unfortunately I had very , very noisy neighbours at 4am...

Rooms were okay, location pleasant

Staff rude, scrambled egg at breakfast smelt of fish. Unclear at booking that you have to pay extra for parking. Overpriced for standard of hotel

The building has undergone a nice renovation, the foyer area is lovely to sit in and enjoy. Easy transport options nearby with the underground Metro, and Trams.

One day the house keepers forgot to finish my room and left pillow cases on my bed (not on the pillows). There weren't enough hooks in the bathroom and no shelf in the shower. The staff were a bit rude at check in.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel is pretty good, I was surprised by the quality of sausages, good coffee. There are plenty of restaurants not far away from the hotel. China town is awesome. Walkable distance to the city center.

Parking was full when we arrived which was annoying as we selected hotel because of its parking options.

Position

I booked a triple room for three people, including two elderly guests, but the experience was far below the standard expected from a 4‑star hotel.On arrival, we were given a room with only one queen bed, not the triple room we booked. After I complained, the receptionist said there had been a problem with housekeeping and we waited about 20 minutes at the front desk, in the middle of the night, before being moved.The second room was completely unacceptable for a paid triple room:The third bed was just a sofa bed, not a proper bed.The room was old, dirty and badly maintained, with a disgusting carpet and ruined furniture.There was a damaged and partially exposed electrical socket, covered only with tape – a serious safety risk.When I raised these issues, the receptionist suggested splitting us into two separate rooms at an extra cost, instead of providing a suitable triple room. I also tried to contact Booking.com (around 03:00), but received no real support.The next day I complained again. The staff were rude, unhelpful and refused any refund, despite the clear mismatch with the booking and the safety issues. After insisting, we were finally moved to a room that matched the basic booking, but even there the bathroom had no window and the extractor fan did not work, creating further discomfort.Overall:Room not as booked (no proper triple room at first)Dirty and poorly maintained roomsSerious electrical safety issueRude, uncooperative staff and no compensationFor a hotel presented as 4‑star, this stay was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this property.

Location. Right across the street from the Metro and several good moderately priced restaurants within walking distance.

Not handicapped accessible. You bad to climb stairs with your luggage just to get to the lobby. No restaurant, but advertised a "bar". But hour were not consistent and I only found it open one when it was supposed to be in my week long stay.

For a 4 star hotel nothing!!! It was a 3stat hotel maximum!!!

The receptionists were unkind at all!!! Very bad behaviour!! No apologies for the bad conditions of the room, baby's bed!!! The baby's bed was broken without right mattress!! The furniture too old and the breakfast buffet too poor!! Only few people of the staf were polite and gentle!! Not again to Milan because of this hotel!!!

Good area with restaurants and shops nearby

Small roomPoor breakfast, the only vegetables available was tomatoes. Bad coffee. If you wanted a cappuccino you needed to ask the personnel, who was kind of unfriendly when they heard you want another type of coffee. Not a breakfast for a 4 stars hotel.

Friendly stuff which helped me a lot. Facilities were modern and working properly.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mozart Hotel. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options each morning. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent — very close to public transportation, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. It’s a safe and pleasant neighborhood, and the hotel feels comfortable and welcoming. Overall, a solid, enjoyable, and very convenient experience!

Location, clean rooms, newly renovated

Rooms aren’t sound proofed so could hear lots of noise through out the night, hair dryer in the room was really old and dated especially compared to the modern rooms, breakfast was basic
