Only had breakfast one time. It was very good and the staff was great. The location is perfect for why I was in Milan.

Had to turn off the heat/ac as even at the lowest temp it still was way too warm in the room to sleep.

The bar staff were lovely. The onsite restaurant (when open) was lovely.

We had booked two rooms. We had paid extra for our children to have a larger room(triple) and to have their beds setup as singles- brother and sister sharing a room. I’ve rooms were both small singles. When I went to enquire, I was told that was what I had booked. Luckily I had documentation that proved we had paid for a triple room for the kids. When I produced this, the receptionist just sighed, called maids and had the double bed separated into two singles. No apology, no mention of me paying more for a triple. We waited over 20mins for the beds to be made into singles. The receptionist was rude. The hotel is also not Milan Central as it calls itself. It’s in Chinatown and a significant distance to the city centre!

Great breakfast, friendly staff, good position

Cleaning staff should ensure minibars are cleared. Ours still contained leftover sandwich and fruit from a previous guest

    Literally nothing seems likeable.

Room lights too dim, Furniture and fittings are old, assigned room shouldn't have given to guest, unless pre warned of near housekeeping storeroom, don't need alarm clock for morning call as chamber maid talked so loudly just outside the room, and worst event was, passport left in the room was stolen by chamber maid during housekeeping one morning...so insecure that we not even dare to make-up room for 3 days.

    Actually nothing.Beside the breakfast

    Very old hotel.China area.

The hotel has its own personality, the breakfast was beautiful

Just the subroundings were a bit funny at night so if you don't know the area I don't recommend to be alone around.

The size of the room was great

The bath water came out brown at first. Once the water had been running for a few minutes it was fine. The shower also had 1 temperature- scolding hot.

Located in Chinatown so if you want Chinese food for a break from pizza and pasta you’re covered there. Close to tram lines that take you pretty quickly to the duomo etc. Breakfast was great. The suite we got was unexpectedly huge.

Felt pretty pricey for what you get compared to other Italian hotels we’ve stayed in but I think Milan is just expensive all round.

Nice staff , clean and spacious

A bit dated, in need of a renovation

    8PengPosted on: 8-26-2025

    Good location with parking garage.

only the hotel is a little bit old, need to be renovated.

    7ParaskeviPosted on: 8-17-2025

The size of the room was satisfactory. The common areas were spacious.

The power went off twice during our stay. We used the staircase instead of the elevator but it was not a clear area, there was stuff here and there and in case of an emergency it would be difficult to move quickly. The toilet wasn’t cleaned well. Some guests were lying on the sofas of the lounge area. One member of the serving staff in the breakfast area wasn’t very polite and tactful.

The air condition was not working .! I signale 3 times to the reception but every time they told me they will send the technitien to check but still the same problem! They can’t solve the problem! In 38 heat with children it was horrible for me!

    The receptioniste!!!

Size of the room is pretty big & clean.

AC is so bad even after I had asked the front desk to check, and they said they will sent maintenance staff to check it out once we leave the room. We came back 8 hours later and it felt the same with so little air conditioning....it was bad experience regards to AC especially the public hallway & lobby are much cooler than our room even it shows at 17C...

A very nice hotel, 7 minutes walk from the metro at Monumentale.Pleasant staff.Good breakfast, replenished regularly.Decent on-site restaurant

Although Milan was exceptionally hot during my stay, the room's air conditioning struggled to keep the temperature down.

The location is very ideal for mobility and food is fine. The architecture of the building and staff is very friendly and professional

    7DoreenPosted on: 6-24-2025

Location was great. A lot of things in a short destination. Room was very big. A lot of space for us. Even got a free upgradeThe people who worked there were very nice and the breakfaar was alright for its price.

Veeeery old building. The cleaning ladies did their best but there were some things not alrightThe bathroom was indeed not what I expected from a 4 star hotelMoist damage all over the ceiling, the silikone went off and some mold in the shower. Could need a renovation
