Some of the staff were not friendly or helpful at all.
Elegant property. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Staff pleasant and helpful. Our room was an “L” shape. AC only cooled down one part of the room. Luckily, they had a fan and set that up for us to cool the other part of the room.
Weak AC
Friendly staff, comfortable beds, easy parking, quiet at night, superb breakfast with lots of gluten free options. Brigitte, at reception, was really helpful. It was the perfect restful stay after a long travel.

I didn’t like the garage. I have asked three nights and returning in one of them they almost asked us to not parking. It was a frustrating situation, however, at the end, it worked.
Location is very convenient ,close to the train station and to the city center ,walkable on most sightseeings
The property was clean and in good decorative state. We had a super king bed which was extremely comfortable. The room was larger than anticipated.
Spa facilities were an added bonus.
