Next to Metro transport to central downtown, comfortable room, professional staff, good breakfast, quiet environment

Staff was excellent. The food was wonderful.

Just that the m5 wasn't running g on the weekend.

We stayed in room 120 which is apparently right above the kitchen so there was no silence til 1am in the morning! And the noise again started at 5am!! Not sure what was going on there but this was beyond sanity, dropping pots an pans every 10 secondsWater heater was not there. in the room 124 was one but it didnt work

Great experience. Rooms were comfortable, equipped with all needs. The most important for me was parking spot which was great even I have parked the car on the open spot, not in garage. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with touch of Italian breakfast style.

Always a pleasure staying here, straight line to the San Siro, with the metro being just outside the hotel car park.Very convenient for those wanting to do Parkrun too, with Milano Norde being a 10 minute walk at the most.

The stuff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast had a variety of things: croissants, cheese etc. The metro station was just outside the hotel!!

The room temparture was too high.

The hotel is located just next to the underground station, which is convenient.

Hotel made pre-authorization for the payment and then charged the stay fully at the check out, without releasing the pre-authorization. I have contacted hotel about it couple of times and after more than 10 days issue is not solved.

The staff was very polite and professional. Breakfast was very good, room was comfortable and the hotel is located near the metro station which is very practical to travel to the city center.

The hotel surroundings. Even if the hotel is not located close to the city center, the authorities can do more to clean and repair the streets. In general the cleanliness of the city leaves much to be desired. It's not acceptable for such a beautiful city.

Beds very comfortable. Easy to access property by public transport. We visited Milan Nord Parkrun and it’s only across the road. Rooms clean and quiet. We found the room hot so we just opened a window. Close to shopping centre.

Some surrounding areas are a bit sketchy. Groups/gangs hanging together can be intimidating. Trash in the street. Letting off crackers. When you get room service they ask for a tip. Should just add in cost or don’t ask but we are from Australia and don’t have tipping culture.

The front dest staff were very helpful. They gave us two rooms with a connecting door for a family of 4 and that made it very comfortable and spacious. Right near the metro.

Difficult to say. it is a good hotel on the whole, without wow things or bad things.

It needs refurbishing. Old style, old furniture, old rooms. no bathrobe or slippers.

Great location in the first place. I've ever stayed in Italy. Overall, a good hotel and nice little restaurant.

Temperature control was poor could not get my room cool enough to sleep well, but the jet lag didn't help either.

Location in relation to the Metro station & the Park. The helpful and friendly staff. High quality breakfast in a lovely hotel and very clean room.

The new practice of adding a discretionary tip of 10% of any food or drink purchase. It puts the customer in an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation if they refuse. The employer should pay their staff a higher salary & not expect them to rely on tips to earn a living wage. If necessary increase their room rates to compensate.

The room is big and clean. The hotel is across a metro station and in the back street there is a Lidl supermarket.

The room is no soundproof, so we could hear noise from the other rooms and from the hallway.
