Pros +

Leaving, proximity to Milano Central Station
I absolutely loved everything about this hostel stay: fabulous staff, awesome ambiance, incomparable slew of dorm roommates over the week. Definitely beats any hotel, especially for solo travelers. I plan to stay in every OBG hostel for all Italy travels.
Front desk staff became aggressively accusing me of lying when I asked to be moved due to a girl who was very sick (coughing, sneezing) and she was less than 3 feet right above my bed!

Cons -

Construction noise 7AM onward, smell of smoke throughout building, poor AC, poor cleaning of rooms and bathrooms, staff inconsiderate of requests to resolve issues or issue any sort of refund. Left 2 days early and stayed elsewhere.
They refused to refund me unused nights, and overcharged me to "upgrade" at 3x the price due to it being at 4am!
The price. It cost --- euros to rent a single room in a hostel. Ridiculous.
