Aparthotel Isola

the price was ok. it's not like an hotel you'd find it's just a few stories off a building. The apartment was clean, had everything we need.

the area is not very nice. there were a few sketchy characters downstairs. a bit hard to find because it's not an entire building like you'd expect and doesn't have signs on the outside.

Location is great, 10 minutes by public transport to Duomo. There is a supermarket right under the building, train stations are very close. The best part is probably hospitable and helpful hosts who went out of their way to welcome us.

Really nice room!!!And location is also great ,nearly have lots of things ,the bus station,the Metro ,and so on.It's really safe though.I love the rooms' design and windows.Coz in the morning,the sun is Awesome!!!!!

Private, clean, modern, spacious

The apartment was super nice and modern with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay! Little treats in the kitchen and a very nice view of the city.Very comfortable bed and I particularly liked the balconies - yes, we had two!There's a big supermarket 10 feet away.

It was a little hard to find the entrance of the building. It is not the best part of Milano but the location is very convenient to take the train and buses.

We had great several stays at this property. Very clean and comfortable. Equipped kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities you needed. Cleaning staff does a great job! Definitely recommend staying there. Good location next to supermarket and public transportation.

The room was very well equipped with toiletries, snacks and drinks offered by the owner . You have 2 televisions so you can each watch what you like The bed was the most comfortable in Italy and has 2 sets of pillows , one thicker and the other thinner which was well appreciated Underground garage parking that is very close to property, which was perfect 3 minute Walking distance, you have a Napolitano restaurant with exceptional authentic Italian food , which was a plus ( name of restaurant in L’Angolo di Napoli)

Very clean and comfortable place in a high rise. The view was excellent. The aminities like free water and snaks were a good touch. There was a washing machine to wash your cloths. Fridge and oven and dishwasher were all good.

A bit away from the city center. It took a good amount of time to get to the city center.

Very clean, basic but well organized. Comfortable. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to assist. Close to transport.

The neighborhood wasn't the best, though we had no issues.

Every thing was great .. you are in front of supermarket restaurant .. the AC was cold Nice balcony ..

Rude and unprofessional hotel

Rude professionals telling me “we no linger want to continue talking about point already discussed”.I asked for a late checkin as our flight was arriving late and they asked us to pay an extra supplement fee of €50 to be able to accommodate us, thats more than half of the price of the night and is ridiculous. They told me they will cancel my booking if i don’t accept the supplement fee and then ended up charging me the full amount.They refused to issue us a refund and were extremely rude in their communication.

The location is perfect. 15 minute walk from Milano Centrale, there are tram lines from sides of hotel, there is metro behind. Also there is a Carrefour market to buy whatever you need. The design is so nice feels like home.

Great location. Short walk to the train station. Quick check in. Right next door to a 24HR supermarket

Small signage outside building which was initially difficult to locate

My second time staying here. The apartment is clean, airy and spacious and the water pressure in the shower is solid. Excellent transport links and the best restaurants in Isola within walking distance.

This time my room was on the street side and the noise level at night was almost unbearable. The bed is also a bit too firm to my liking.

Great, spacious apartment with lots of room.

Single beds were comfortable but rather small, but ok for one night.

Loved that we had our own space, everything was comfortable and clean. Complimentary stuff in case we forgot anything. Opposite a 24hr supermarket which was always handy. Would definitely recommend.

The location felt a bit unsafe, especially at night. We had to have the windows closed due to the noise outside and some people on the lower floors were partying and playing music. Obviously no fault of the company or the manager.
