Grand Hotel et de Milan - The Leading Hotels of the World

My first interest was the location and the interior design of the hotel, then when I arrived I was impressed by all the other details and how everything and everyone working there was perfect.

Staff, interior, services, safety of the hotel.

- Staff are super friendly and very accommodating - Rooms are very spacious - Super clean and all amenities are available and restocked every time - Location is amazing - Rooms have ACs for cooling or heater.

Nothing. Everything is super.

We booked a room on booking.com which had 2 double beds. When we arrived the hotel informed us that a room like this did not exist. We paid more money for this room and we did not get this money back. Hopefully they have changed it in their website to avoid more disappointment guests.

Everything was great (The staff, the food, the location, the cleanness,etc)

We had a wonderful stay at this historic hotel in every aspect. The staff, from the concierge to the housekeeping, are very friendly and courteous. The room was very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back again. The hotel's location is excellent and very central, but this was also one of the reasons why we chose this hotel.

A beautiful example of the classic European hotel experience, right down to checking your key in at the front desk. Comfortable suites.

Warning that this property can be very busy during a Milan fashion week. This led to slow service at the bar & spotty service at the restaurant. One fix is to get to the breakfast buffet early, as they typically run out of eggs by 10am

We are regular guests to Grand Hotel et de Milan. we love the location, staff, and cleanliness of the rooms. ACs work perfect exactly like the ones we have back home in the UAE. The rooms are very spacious, usually with many windows and balcony. The staff are amazing, theyre so helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is the best, they clean the rooms twice even in the turn down service they clean the rooms and replace towels, tissues, etc..

The only thing they can improve in is the breakfast options, there has to be more variety of food for international guests. However, room service food is really good!

Beautiful place, amazing location, the staff are helpful, fast, very professional. At the airport we realized that we forgot the passports in the safety box, the passports were on the way within 3 minutes of me calling them. I don’t know how they did it, great service.

Central location, few minutes from la scala and Milan cathedral. Old charm hotel. Had a regular room and terrace suite. Had breakfast on the terrace which was lovely and delivered fresh to the room. The staff on the front desk and concierge are exceptional. Incredibly welcoming, super friendly and knowledgeable. They really made the stay more enjoyable. Two great restaurants on site , and lovely bar with excellent bar staff also. Would 100% stay again. Thank you ☺️

I did not like at all the vanity goods , the smell was awful , I could not use the hand wash liquid , it smells so bad , you should change it , I had to buy a soap for me not to use the ones hotel offered . Also the brand of vanity items was very strange and not famous as The Leading Hotel member should offer high class vanity items. This is the only thing I want to complain about. Also I suggest to offer better quality chocolate with coffee in the lobby bar . It was not good .

Breakfast definitely needs to be improved! Taste , temperature and variety .Bathroom needs to be renovated.Anyone can take the elevator to the room. No security on room keys to be used in elevator.

I think is overpriced

we were upgraded to a larger suite than the one we booked. Room was spacious, we were given champagne.

- Room service is not up to the standard . - very noisy in the night especially in the weekends. - had difficulty communicating with the staff although i booked an executive suite and a junior suite- i expected better for the price I paid

Everything was spectacular we have had the loveliest most luxurious stay, the rooms were amazing and very classical the area is Wonderful great for shopping and having a treat, it is also a very short walk away from the duomo and the galleria, the staff were very professional and very helpful

We always book in grand hotel for our stay in Milan and they never disappoint! We even extended our stay 3 more nights. - location is perfect- staff are super friendly and helpful - rooms are spacious and clean- beds are super comfortable - concierge always giving suggestions and places to visit, which is very thoughtful.

Both restaurants provided excellent quality dishes, impeccable service, and an amazing atmosphere. I highly recommend visiting both of them!The housekeeping was outstanding! I requested an electric blanket for the bed, and it was already warmed up upon our arrival. I also noticed thoughtful tidying throughout our stay.

The booking/payment process was not smooth as I had to exchange multiple emails before our arrival.
