Staff were friendly. It was close to a station. Room was spacious. Bathroom very big, shower was good.

Very outdated. Ac was very loud and windows are now sound proof so you can hear the trams, difficult to sleep. Old fashioned key entry with a very large key ring/tag..

The hotel is a few minutes away from the tram and metro station so getting around is relatively easy.

The hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. The lift is old and scary, lots of hard jumps that seem like it may stop at any time. The rooms are definitely not worth 4 stars. Our room was small and there was only a thin summer blanket on the bed, not enough when it was 3 degrees during the night. The breakfast was also nothing to write home about with expired butter and cold eggs. The receptionist is also not very friendly. When we asked where to go for Christmas markets, she laughed as if it should have been obvious to us. We were then informed about city tax as we were leaving, not before, so we left with an even worse sour taste in our mouth. It is definitely not worth the money we paid and we will not be returning. Not recommended in the least!

Possibly the worst shower head I’ve ever seen. Room smelled so strongly of disinfectant it made me nervous about what it was covering up. Below average pillows.

Stuff was really nice and caring. The interior looked quite unique and the location was amazing, just few stops from Duomo by either metro or tram.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. I travel frequently and have visited many countries, including Italy, and rarely face such issues. The main problem was the air conditioning . it was not available during my entire stay, even though it was clearly listed on Booking.com. When I asked the staff, they kindly explained that the hotel policy allows using the AC only if the outside temperature drops below 12°C, which was never mentioned on the booking page. The weather stayed around 19°C or higher, making the room quite uncomfortable.To be fair, the reception staff were polite and tried to help, and the breakfast offered a reasonable variety. However, the lack of proper air conditioning and the difficulty reaching Booking.com for assistance made this experience far below expectations, especially in such a beautiful city.

I do not like that I have a giant rubber key ring to carry around. The beds are also hard and the pillows are not comfortable. I feel like I’m 2025 hotels should have comfortable beds and pillows.

Fantastic location gives easy walking distance to plenty of amenities. The hotel itself is quirky which I love, so many trinkets and attention to detail has gone into the decoration. I spent lots of time in the hotel lobby area which was colourful but calm. Comfortable room and I had a balcony which was very pleasant to sit out on.

It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

Not in line with the stars of the hotel

While my wife was going to load the luggage on the car a receptionist came from the hotel saying "you cannot lave without paying the tax" in front of the rest of the guests. Bear in mind that I was still in the room and we did not process the check out yet. One of my employee was kidnapped in the hall until I came down from the room. Now, I'm the CEO of a company and I spent for this stay 1800 euro for the stay of my team and I also sent a letter with all the info about invoicing tom y company. I have the genius on Booking, Marriot and Hilton member card. I have never ever experience a situation like that . Even in Sud Sudan in a new formed democracy an din an Hotel that was almost a stable I had a better service and support. TERRIBLE

The staff were fantastic and very kind .location is perfect for Milan as well as a trip to Lake Como .A lovely hotel with a great artsy unique vibe .Quirky and cool .

The hotel is close to the public transportation, the staff was super nice and we got a room upgrade! What a nice surprise. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.

The staff was super nice and the style of the hotel is awesome. The room and the space were just perfect, and the location was super nice as well.

The shower was the smallest I've ever used to the point I couldn't use it comfortably and gave up on it.

Convenient to Mico Milano Congressi.Hotel near the metro station and tram stop.Clean bed sheets and towels.

The property,though has its charm,very outdated.The aircon does not work so expect to be hot during summer.
