The bathroom was clean and the position was good for where I had to go

This was one of the worst sleeps of my life. The bed was very low to the ground and the mattress was EXTREMELY hard, it was like sleeping on a wooden plank. The pillow was so thin it felt like it was not there. There was another pillow in the wardrobe, but it was the exact opposite in almost a comical way: really tall and super hard and heavy. I didn't know it's this hard to find just normal, regular pillows. I am not a light sleeper usually, but I kept waking up and in the morning I had back and neck pain. The plug next to the bed was loose so I had to balance the room phone under my charger for it to charge my phone. The walls are thin so I could hear people talking and other noises. The room is also extremely small. For the price and 4 starts, ridiculous.

Good location near to the train

I asked to change my room because I heard all the noise from the street and they did not helped me

The location, was very close to all attractions in the city.

Checking in at night was very confusing, we had to do everything ourselves and were guided by hotel staff via whatsapp.

The room is clean, though a bit small, and the price is acceptable.

Great location for concerts/events at San Siro

The room was not ready until 4 hours after the stated check-in time. "There are issues with your room that are being addressed. Come back at 6 pm, your room will be ready then." This was not communicated to me until after I arrived. I had to kill time for several hours instead of being able to relax or get ready before the event I was attending. Although they did not communicate a specific reason for the delay in check-in, I'm fairly certain (based on observations when I returned), the delay was to allow other guests to have a very late check-out.Additionally, it appears there were bedbugs in my room. I am normally vigilant when doing a sweep of the room, but due to the very late check-in and only having a few moments to change before my event, I did not think about it. Now I have the tell-tell signs of being bit during my stay, and I am dealing with those issues. AVOID!!!

Location

On the first night, we were tired and did not notice the issue immediately, although I woke up with insect bites on my legs and could not understand the cause.However, on the second night, while talking, I saw a bedbug running across the bed sheet. To my disbelief, when we checked further, we found them everywhere. We killed many, This is shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel rated as 4 stars. We did not sleep the entire night due to this nightmare, and the experience was deeply disappointing.

Hot uncomfortable dangerous

The air conditioner did not work in our room. We let the attendant know it was not working she reassured us that it did when we got back to our room after dinner around 9pm. There was no staff on property after 10pm . So who do we talk to about the problem? It was so hot in the room. AC was broken we literally had to use our personal miniature fans due to the heat I felt like i was going to have a heat stroke. when we called in the morning to ask for the manager we were told he is on vacation and there was nothing anyone could do to help us. As we were checking out the AC Repair man was here to fix the AC they offered free breakfast but when we down the breakfast was ending 9:30AM but breakfast end at 10:00Am. We have been traveling Italy for the past 2 week this was our last stop and i can tell you it was by far the worst night stay in Italy.

Location is perfect, super clean and staff is so friendly. There’s also smoking area from the back door of the hotel which is amazing.

The rooms are not spacious at all. You only have space for bed and that’s it. No hot water kettle for a 4* hotel. We were given a room on the ground floor which was super noisy. Ac not cold enough in this boiling hot weather. Super flat pillows.

We visited Milan and wanted a good comfortable, clean room for lodging. Excellent location next to subway station. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. I would endorse this as a basic room for people spending the majority of their time sightseeing.

Better air conditioning

Everything was very nice and clean brekfast was very good staff is amazing.

We stayed in a room on the top floor so the AC was good but could be colder. Beds could be bigger.

The location of the Hotel is perfect to travel everywhere in the city.

No Air Conditioning and the room temperature was over 28 degreesI have been asked to park outside and pay extra when the hotel is shown with free parking on booking.com.The room illumination stopped working and I was asked to go in the garden to lift the general switch.

The room is nice and pleasant. The staff was kind to grant us a late check out on the next day.

The shower in the bathroom is very bad. The water barely comes out. The room feels quite warm. we had to open the window to get some cool air.

Location was nearby the metro station so it was easy to reack main points like Milano Centrale and other main points. Breakfast was simple buffey, but it had everything for or taste. There was a nice and cozy backyard too with parking space if you are travelling by car.

Everything was perfect.

Staff was very kind and attentive, the building is historical and has a lovely inner courtyard.

Friendly, helpful check in staff. Great location next to a metro stop. Perfect location for San Siro. Clean rooms, lovely bathroom!

Room was a little bit small, but we were only sleeping in it. It had all the facilities we would need and more!!

Lad on reception very friendly and helpful. (Sunday 26/01) Looked after our bags whilst we were out pre checkout. Give him a raise.

Location near the congress venue

The room was not soundproof, I can hear every sound from outside especially the metro. The WiFi didn’t work . The room was very small. The shower small too.

The only advantage was that it s so close to congress venue

There is no water heater in the room, not available drünking coffee or tea Staff was not helpful

The cleanliness and staff were exceptional. The location was also great. It was close to the arena where I was attending an event. It’s also great walkability — it was about a 20 minute walk to a popular shopping center (Zara, H&M, etc.) I also liked the pickup from the airport arranged by the hotel.

The size of the room was a bit small, but with it just being me it was okay. The room was super nice otherwise.
