The room was large enough, the bathroom was a good size and plumbing was good, the layout and furniture were comfortable, the closet space was adequate, the windows were large, and the lighting was very good. The location was excellent. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were very helpful.

The mattresses were not firm enough for us.

Hair dryer very old and weird smell coming out of it, they do not add daily needs staff unless you ask, no kettle to make coffe or tea, no cup. Only they provide plastic cups. Hotel needs to be updated to 2025 standarts, the blanket has a drop of blood mark and it was same for 4 days, it was not mine btw. Room key is very heavy and huge for no reason, no cards to enter. Houskeeping was cleaning the room carelessly. I will not go back tbh.WİFi WAS NOT WORKİNG İN THE ROOM !!! I HAD TO PAY AND USE MY OWN DATA! Unbelievable!

Good location and nice older hotel.

The bed was horrible- the mattress so hard I was unable to get comfortable to sleep!

Other guests were a bit noisy, and sound travel from the hallways.

Above all, the cleanliness of the house is beautiful, the neighborhood is not scary at night, and it is close to the train station I had a very enjoyable time. I don't think anyone has enjoyed their breakfast as much as I have. The host is very cooperative and polite during breakfast. I can't thank the cleaning staff as well.

The thing that really upsets me is that they charge 3€ for drinking water for a guest who pays 200€ per day and more. This is very easy for the hotel because the hotel does not buy 1 bottle of water for 3€. But for the tourist or guest, 3€ for half a liter of water is too much. I think it would be good if they fixed this. The other thing was the TV was not working.

Everything was clean, quiet, in a great location, breakfast was awesome.

The location was great for walking to the Duomo and also to nearby restaurants and stores. There were many cafes in the area. It was quiet although right in the city. The desk staff was exceptionally helpful to us for getting airport transportation, taxis, and finding restaurants. The rooms were nice. Bathrooms were very well equipped. Lots of hot water. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Good service and ambiance. They were able to extend my stay when needed.

The bed itself was old, lumpy, and small. I slept, but only with lots of tossing and turning. There is no restaurant or food in the hotel except for breakfast. Not even snacks.

Cleaning staff were very sweet and considerate. They rushed to return something we forgot in our rooms. Good breakfast too for €12 per person. Some things to note - no kettle in the room. On request they sent one. No coffee or tea in case you need something as you wake up.Not drinking water too. The staff said that the tap water is not potable and the small bottles cost €3. Something to keep in mind. The Duomo is also 20 min walk. But there is a tram station right outside the hotel. But if you are with kids or elderly people getting a taxi or Uber was also difficult. Took at least 15 minutes and a few tries to get taxis.

The hotel is a 20 to 30 minute walk from the main tourist attractions, has great bars and restaurants nearby, and the metro is about five minutes away.The room was old-fashioned in a good way.

Housekeeping is good.

This is 3 stars hotel not 4.The room is very old. There is one electricity plug only and it’s not even next to the bed.

Near Duomo and easy access, with near tramo and metro stations.

The hotel is perfect located near the city center. The stuff was really helpfull and nice.

When we first arrived in the room, the bed sheet was stained in multiple places with something that looked like blood and we had to change the room.

Registration staff very good and helpful along with breakfast staff. Good parking. Liked the art deco look. Jo

Bartender was not very attentive. The area it is located in is run down and many vacant buildings...but very clean.

The staff is amazing specially the guy that called yehia in the reception is so polite and friendly and helpful ??

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, I found the room to be quite basic and not to my liking.Overall, I don't believe the hotel offered good value for the price, although the location was convenient.
