Location is supreme. Very elegant and clean. Extremely helpful and friendly staff who speak basic English. Room would be considered small for American travelers, but it had a tv, bed, mini-bar, housekeeping, and a nice bathroom. It was perfect for me.

Parking is not available at the hotel. You'll need to use one of their recommended parking garages, about a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel. Nothing bad---about $30 a day to park.

Surrounding neighborhood not the best. Dirty with graffiti everywhere and noisy. They list airport shuttle on the hotel description, but it is actually an outside shuttle service that is available for pick-up for a high price. Taxi is cheaper.

The hotel is really nice, super clean and very well maintained. The room we took was big and very comfortable, the service from the staff was quick, very efficient and very professional. The location of the hotel is also really good, there are local coffee shops and a shopping street that is walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel

The room was so amazing and beautiful, super clean and modern. The faculty was very welcoming and helpful. They even gave us a map and circled all of the main parts to go in Milan, which was super helpful to my boyfriend and I as we were first timers. The hotel is also extremely close to the metro and made getting around in Milan super easy. They also replenished our towels and bedding without having to be asked which was amazing to come back to every day. Amazing experience!!!

The room was very comfortable, breakfast was bountiful and very good. The staff was very helpful in providing assistance and recommendations. The location was close enough to the train station and peaceful.

The room was excellent. Super nice bathroom, comfy bed, spacious room and lots of plug points for recharging :) I arrived late and left early so did not have a lot of interaction with the staff but they were certainly polite and welcoming.

Location is okay but a bit further from the centre than I had hoped. If you are somewhere next to Duomo late in the evening you probably want to Uber it back or take the Metro as the walk was a bit longer than I expected at that point in the night.

Finally found a place in Milan that’s worth the price! Clean, modern and great staff!

The gym needs an update! That’s it. It would the 10 out of 10 then.

A very nice hotel convenient to Central Station. Good breakfast choices. Staff was very helpful and kind when I experienced a computer problem. Room was nicely decorated. TV had access to Netflix

Staff was very helpful. Clean and had everything we needed. Rocco and staff left us a nice welcoming surprise. Close to rail station.

The hotel is nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Milan prices are higher in general and this was a very nice stay for the price. Fairly close to a metro stop as well. We would stay here again.
