Clean, great shower. Friendly staff.

The first flight of stairs getting the elevator! Road noise from outside was not good.

The rooms are fresh,modern and clean, with big balconies. If you stay on the 7th floor, you have a great view to the Unicredit skyscrapers.

Everything was great

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room did not have a working air conditioner, and it was unbearably hot. When I contacted the front desk for help, the staff were unfriendly and showed no willingness to fix the issue or offer an alternative. The lack of basic comfort and poor customer service made my experience very unpleasant. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Poor management

Friendly staff, good breakfast options, close to metro station and walking distance from central station. Also, some good restaurants nearby.

It seems like the airconditioning wasn't working in our room. We just opened the door leading to the terrace to let in fresh air. Not really a big issue on our end.

Elevator which is quite small is half a floor up from the lobby making carrying bags etc a challenge

Water pressure wasn't so good, and the location was a little far from both the train station and the main attractions.

I've been to Milan three times and have stayed in the same area, and this is the cleanest and newest hotel I've ever stayed in. It's modern and spotless! The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were flexible and helpful. We arrived around 12 pm, and unlike other hotels that strictly enforce their policies and charge a 30 euro fee for early check-ins, they accommodated us right away without making us wait since they have rooms available. It's great location, walkable distance to any major sightseeing and trains.

One Reception person was not friendly. We arrived, he was short. He was not helpful. Receptionist in every hotel I've stayed at should be helpful and friendly. H would not provide change for 10 Euro's. seems like every hotel Ive ever stayed at had change for at least 10 euros. Ten Euro's is not very much money. I got that he would not be a person I would ask anything. I an a visitor from another country. He left a bad impression of Milan and Best western. Best western is my go to hotel when I travel.

Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect comfort, good breakfast and clean rooms

Great location and room, very clean and comfortable! There is also a terrace on the top you can see the city view. The staff are very very nice and helpful!

Service was perfect. With 8 Euro per person they offer a good and rich breakfast. The mini-bar was free, included in the price of the room.We do suggest this Hotel.

The room was quiet, bed comfy. We liked the roof terrace, not particularly big but a good use of space. We also liked the complimentary minibar. Convenient location.

The shower area is nicely done, albeit a little dark. However, the shower head arrangement made no sense - the big 'rain' head was in the right place, but the 'normal' head was on a different wall and set about waist height. As we don't like the rain heads (too big, and wasteful of water), we had to shower holding the normal head in our hands. Not great.Please have muesli at breakfast - there was only granola.

Due to the renovation of the building opposite the windows, it was very noise, and the sound insulation of the windows was not good enough. The air conditioner did not work for cooling, so the room was very stuffy, and the windows could not be opened because of the noise.

The location is great, close to the center, clothing shops and supermarket. The mini bar is nice and included in the price, nice one! The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is pretty complete with a lot of options and the little terrace is also nice to chill.

If you come during the winter they don’t have airco, I could sleep with the window open but there was a lot of noice from the street, people listening to music super loud. I think it was an unconventional week with high temperatures for winter, so it was hard to sleep as it got a bit warm, but the guys from the reception told me to next time call and maybe they could fix something, for the rest I really enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it!

Yes!! Great location. Polite and helpful staff. Lots of delicious restaurants around. I forgot my jewelry making supplies in my room that I bought at the jewelry fair that is currently taking place in Milan. I am really looking forward to your response on this matter.
